Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Exactly as advertised. Will book again!

We were given a Very quiet room. Temperature control is an issue in every hotel the unit cant maintain a steady temperature. Nice large breakfast area same types of food. The only elevator was a good distance walk. We were told about stairs but discovered elevator by chance

Hotel is located on a very central location. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, this was my main reason for selecting this hotel. Very quiet even though it’s a fairly large hotel. Our stay was very enjoyable with no issues.

Great place for the value, quiet and rooms were well maintained. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Seattle!

The carpets were in bad shape and the room smelled like urine. However, the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind.

The horrid smoke rolled in from the mountains Monday afternoon as I drove towards the hotel, sitting in the midst of it. Suffering asthma, I knew it would be unhealthy to continue and needed to turn around and return back to the coast where it was less smoky. No way could I expose my 8 yr old grandaughter to it while we sat at the concert that evening. I called the hotel to request some help on the TWO rooms I was going g to have to forfeit, but to no avail. Was sad that this was an extenuating, natural event far beyond my control and they couldn’t credit me anything!

The staff were very friendly but that was about it for saying positive things. Our room was not clean, the bathroom was actually gross with hairs and dirt everywhere. We found hairs in the bed as well (yuck). The breakfast was so awful we ended up eating elsewhere after 2 attempts. What was there for food was old, rock hard, or empty. The floors in the hallway were trip hazards. The pools hot tub was lukewarm at best. The location was right off the highway with no noise so that was good. I wouldn’t stay here again and advise others unless you want a very unclean space go for it.

the room was not very clean. Location was horrible. Do not recommend

They offered good amenities and breakfast was ungodly early but free, but they offered to upgrade my room, and I asked if the showers were better in the upgrade and was told yes, but they were just standard showers.. mild gripe but still.. the real issue is the ac was in the wall and sounded like a jet engine, even vibrated the bathroom floor, the bed was like a rock, and rhe pillows were waaay to small and soft so there was not a lick of head support.. all in all, not a bad hotel, but I suggest bringing your own pillows and hoping you dont need to use the ac. I got next to no sleep.

I was hopeful for this property because the reviews I had read spoke very nicely. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very nice and professional. The employee that was working when we checked out simply said “mhmm” when we thanked her for the stay. I could’ve looked past a lot of things. Upon arriving and finding our room, we had found the person who had our room before us had left their plates and trash outside the door. We thought not much of it because the cleaning crew was working on a nearby room, we figured it would be picked up rather soon. We then went out into town and came back hours later to the same plates and trash outside the room. All in all I don’t think the price paid was worth the stay. The floors hadn’t looked vacuumed for quite some time and there seemed to be one cleaning member covering both floors of the hotel. I don’t blame her as that is a lot of space to cover and is in my opinion a staffing number issue.

Super clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, and refreshing pool!
-
Great value!
-
The tub shower had no mat in it and was dangerously slippery. Nothing to hold on to either. Scary for older adults. The breakfast was barely edible. Nothing but carbs. Nothing fresh. And they kept running out of what they did have. Kitchen staff was overwhelmed & not friendly.
-
Had to change rooms twice, didnt have the room I booked and said they upgraded me when it was a downgrade, staff not helpful.
-
At check-in, front desk had worst customer service I’ve ever received in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Pros: GREAT breakfast, pool area, gym, and free parking. Great location if you’re wine tasting in Woodinville . Cons: my room smelled faintly of dog. I saw a couple of dogs on property so I’m assuming I was put in a dog friendly room. Assuming they have rooms where they do not allow pets? Also when I went to use the microwave there was already food in there. So assuming the previous guests had made lunch and then forgot about it? I don’t know, it was pretty gross. I had to put the food in one of my garbage bags and dump it in the ice machine room so my room would not have new, additional smells. The bed was pretty soft, could just be a “me” issue but will be something I will consider for a future stay.

The location was great for our family plans and the hotel felt safe and clean. I was disappointed about the up charge to have a "pool view" but our room actually just looked towards a room across the courtyard. We were tired when we arrived so I didn't request a change but noted for the future. The pool area very very nice and well maintained. The hot breakfast was good as well. Overall, if we were int he area, we would stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful, and very nice. The hotel itself is located in a very quiet and secluded area. Pool and hot tub is well maintained and very nice after a day out in seattle. The breakfast was pretty good for it being hotel breakfast as well. One thing to take note of is the beds aren’t too comfortable so be aware of that. Other than the beds, it’s a very nice hotel!
