Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Bothell, WA

Great location. Staff/breakfast/room was amazing .

The only redeeming thing about this hotel was the pool. Everything else was absolutely terrible.

It's an older property that is decently kept up with in terms of maintenance and cleanliness but the level of cleanliness was definitely not at a 5-star, Japanese hotel kind of level. It was overally okay in terms of feeling like the room was decently clean, but the air inside the room was definitely a bit stale/smelled of old fast food, and there were old stains on the carpet throughout that had probably been washed but were still there/very visible. It's *just* on this side/the edge of where you'd feel comfortable staying in one of these rooms for more than a night. Stray but a little, Country Inn, and you'll be in skeezy/icky motel room territory and I could no longer bear to stay here.

This is always our go to place to stay when we attend concerts at Chateau Ste Michelle. It’s close enough but still quiet. The hotel is wonderful! The bar is great! We love staying here.

Great service

Stayed a few days. Breakfast had a good variety of hot options. Hotel was clean and nice. Easy to get in and out of. Pool area was large and nice. Rooms were quiet and clean.

The room is clean and big and also the breakfast area..the hallway carpets need some improvement

Convenient and fast

Rooms were not vacuumed and trash was not empty from the rooms. When Air condition was turned on, it had very weird smell from the air blowing.

There was hairs in the bed upon check in, and it was very clear the carpet floors were vacuumed. Dropped something under the floor and it rolled slightly under the bed and we were greeted with used condoms and wrappers. Also our upstairs neighbour was running, jumping and bouncing something off the floor so loudly that it was vibrating our bed. We complained and they front desk did nothing about it because it wasn’t 10pm yet. Even though this was far beyond a respectable level of noise. Will never stay here again

In addition, we arrived an hour early (after traveling all day) and were told it would be $30 to check in an hour early. All around it was a horrible experience and I visit the area regularly, but would never stay here again. I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel!

Except for one brief hiccup at check-in, which was later resolved satisfactorily, everything went very smoothly. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Bothell numerous times and have always found the staff most welcoming and helpful. They also always serve a great breakfast to help get your morning started on the right foot.

Very large facility with a pool and quiet location.

Really enjoyed a great day with my grandson who was able to make full use of the pool in this heat wave he swam until 8 o'clock at night!

Positioned Ina quiet place but close to the interstate Bed linen not clean. Price policy questionable aimed at taking advantage of customer booking in advance vs bargain hunters. General manager unavailable to discuss it for 2 days.

Good breakfast. Same food everyday but always full. Every convenient to 405 freeway, less then a minute away.

This was a very nice property and is a great value for the money. Breakfast was good, the room was clean comfortable and the staff very accommodating.
