Amazing Staff. Great Food Centrally Located.. Clean Rooms.

Looked decent Staff was rude and ignorant.Hotel was paid already, staff refused to let us check in, Tried to refuse refund. Took 3 days to get it issued.

The bed and the bath were good, no complaints. The only negatives for us were the lights were all the "cool" blue-ish LEDs, so that casts a weird, dim shade of light in the room, in my opinion, and the second was probably because our location was fairly close to the obby, and we could hear people talking there, and in the next room. And we were facing the parking lot, so we heard people who were up and out by 4:30 AM. We heard our neighbors talking in the late evening as well, which I think was mostly because the rooms have wood plank flooring, and high ceilings, and our room was a lock-off. Our friends stayed on the second floor, and on the other side of the building, and did not have the same kind of issues with noise, so, I don't think noise would be a problem if you got a quieter location. That sounds like a lot of negative, but really, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as long as you can get a quieter location than we had. s

From the moment I entered the foyer to check in, I was welcomed warmly and the front desk personnel were very helpful. They changed my room from a single king- sized bed to 2 queen-sized, which was so very accommodating. My entire stay was quite pleasant, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

I thought breakfast was included and then was billed for it. I called on a charge on my card, and still isn't resolved, they were suppose to call me back. I've called twice. Staff at restaurant was always nice.

Our first visit there, affordable and well maintained. The staff members are genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed for two nights to attend our teenagers’ parents orientation at UW Bothell, as we live quite far away. It’s also super close to shopping centers, which was very convenient.

Quiet neighborhood, easy freeway access, near great restaraunts, winery districts, rural settings. King bed was excellent, rooms spacious, good breakfast from a menu. Friendly staff, ample parking.

The lighting needs to be addressed in the room. But the room its self was nice and in good repair. It was great to have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee in our room. So many places are or have removed those items from their rooms! We were in need of the use of a laundry, one was available. However, it could have used a cleaning. Machines were ok but the folding table, floor and so on were not. The machines are pay by card and you cannot do wash other wise. What struck me funny was there was a card fee to use the machines, when that’s the only way to pay. This hotel offers breakfast and dinner and even has a bar. No dinner available on Sundays however, so plan ahead if you come in on a Sunday. These are a hot meals, order what you want no just make your own waffle, grab juice or coffee buffet kind of food. The cost for breakfast was inexpensive compared to today’s costs and it is covenant. Cookies are available at the front desk, just ask. Also, what was nice at check in you receive a “gift” bag with bottled water and granola bars in it. Nice touch! Over all I am hoping other Holidays are modeling this place. Especially, the cleanliness! Next time we need a hotel in the area this is where we will stay!
