The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about food ,travel ect in the area. As I was coming from out of town.

Toilet was very slow to work and the hair dryer would work and the one they replaced it with, was still running after I unplugged it from the outlet. And, I found paper in the middle of my waffle and they didn't care!! Didn't offer any deduction for these incidents. Disappointed. No paper in the waffle. A hair dryer that didn't spook, since it wouldn't stop running without power!!

Pillows were over-sized and hard. The bed was comfortable and Climate control was good. Rooms were clean. Showers had soap and shampoo provided.

Location was great - convenient to the freeway and to my meetings. I had a late check-in and they were efficient and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. Can't think of anything that could have been better.

Room was filthy, smelled like cigarette smoke, stains on the carpet. I didn’t even get into the sheets because, I’m sure that was just as disgusting. One of the staff came to my door, knocking at 11 PM and actually opened my door. She said my cousin and I were being too loud and we had gotten complaints and that quiet hours start at 8 PM. But we were just talking and I was laughing a little bit, but you could hardly even hear me. Then, there pipes or something start making these god-awful noises banging nonstop. Waking me out of a dead sleep. I tried to talk to the other gal in the morning, but she was just dismissive and told me if someone makes a noise complaint they have to check it out. And just said thank you for staying here and they changed quiet hours to 9 PM (even though the night gal told me it was 8 pm). That’s it. I will definitely never, ever go back to this hotel. Nasty. Nasty room, nasty employees. Also, it’s a hotel. People are gonna be talking past 8 PM.I wasn’t yelling, my voice wasn’t even raised. So, apparently they have paper thin walls.

So pleasantly greeted by the staff even it was a late check-in. The room was clean and the breakfast area was well organized and maintained. Would visit again if I'm in the area.

As soon as I got to my room I could smell cigarette smoke. It was like walking into an old bowling alley where they don't allow smoking anymore but it is in the walls. i went back to the front desk and she said she could not move me and offered me a spray to eliminate smoke smells. I called Expedia and they were very helpful and gave me a Key credit of 25 points (which they did not need to do). They also called the hotel and the front desk person said there was no manager there to authorize a refund so I could take my chances and possibly lose the money i already paid if I left. The Expedia rep said that a manager would be there the next day (Monday-labor day) and they would let me know if they would refund the room charge or discount. I have heard nothing and now it is 3 days later. Horrible service, room and experience.
