Stayed here many times. Good location

The property definitely needs updating. Complete remodel. One of our beds was pretty broken down and creaked with every move. Staff was nice.

When I first opened the door, there was a strong musty smell, and I had to air out the room. There was no body wash provided, so I had to buy my own. However, the room was spacious for the price, and the staff were excellent and very helpful.

I stay at this hotel frequently when I'm in the area seeing family. Very quiet, good location, nice amenities... I've never been disappointed here.

We booked this hotel based off others reviews, this is usually a good idea. However, everyone has their own standards. Upon arrival we notice that the outside area was clean though the building itself was older and could use a new face. We were greeted with a polite smile and promptly given our key cards. When we entered our room or suite, it smelled of room freshener and appeared to be freshly cleaned. We checked through the room and bathroom (which had moldy wallpaper above the shower which had been patched together).

The carpet wasnt thoroughly vacuumed. Bar soap is outdated and unsanitary. The door to exit the room didnt close easily. The orange juice was heavily watered down.

The yogurt was all non-fat. No peanut butter. Unclear what the hotel imagines people are going to eat for some protein.

The room and hotel were clean but looked rundown. The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible. I would not stay here again.

Friendly & helpful staff. Had a problem with two things bathroom & TV, room couldn’t get changed & they were able to fix the bathroom & TV issues. Room was not cleaned & the whole hotel needs an upgrade. Laundry amenities weren’t avavible for use. Breakfast was basic and not a big selection. Parking lot needs more lighting.

The staff was so kind and attentive! Breakfast was amazing and its by so many great places to shop and explore. This was our second time staying. I love this place! I will stay here everytime we visit seattle
