Great Hotel, very clean and convenient for travel. All of the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Not enough room for my family to sleep, we left after an hour

Everything was good, a decent place for longer stays

Hair on bedding, had it replaced, and that bedding had hair on it as well. Stove took a long time to heat up. Fridge was not cold even on the highest setting. The only good thing was Benjamin who was awesome.

Room was disgusting. Black hair on everything. Sheets even when asked for a new set still had black hair everywhere. Dried contact lenses on the wall. Bathroom vent covered in dust. Absolutely nothing cleaned. Will never stay again.

Ridiculous policy regarding not leaving teens in the room without an adult.

Hot coffee and muffins on our first morning at this extended stay We had wanted to stay at a full service hotel but they were full that week, so we had to get kitchen equipment from the desk and make a trip to the market to stock up for breakfasts and lunches.

On Hotels.com mentioned that the hotel had Free breakfast but the breakfast was on just one TABLE with Coffee, Hot Water and few muffines (no eggs, bagels and cereals). On few days, it was out of Coffee or Coffee Cups by 8:30

Location Misleading. Zero full breakfast. Coffee wasn’t ready

Staff was suoer friendly and able to get us in our room quick

Helpful staff. Quiet. Maintenance requests went unaddressed for a month. Service occurred usually on 14thday but I ended up buying my own mop and broom and did best I was able even being ill and disabled. Otherwise restful.

We use to live in Bothell and this was a fancy hotel, we chose to stay so we could be close to family. The staff was less than friendly both on the phone and at check in. It is a “no smoking” property yet marijuana is billowing in the hallways. EVERY door is locked besides the front door, seems both unsafe and possibly not ADA compliant. The property is nasty, flys at the ONLY entrance, garbage full of what appears to be weeks of dog poop and cigarettes… very disappointing for the cost of the room!!! The absolute kicker- YOU CAN’T EVEN USE THE PHONE WITHOUT BEING CHARGED! So any issue, walk to the office, ABSURD!!

Nice room convenient location

My iPhone was faster as a hotspot than the crappy WiFi. Just a bad experience overall - no dishes, no plates, no ice maker or readily available ice. Shower leaks all over the floor into the bathroom as part of some open concept bullshit. TERRIBLE. GRADE: F. SIDE NOTE: There was one late night staff member who was sick but at least he tried and looked in on what I was asking for. Nice guy. The morning people just sucked - couldn't care less. Never staying there again. Already answered. Even these questions are inefficient

Woke up with some type of critter inside the sheets laying next to me and started moving when I touched it. Never going back to this place again

I liked the price. I liked the staff. I liked the location. Things beyond the facilities control... noisy neighbors, shady people in the area.
