They got a little huffy at noon as we were leaving. Housekeeper knocked on the door and we said we were just going and then we got a call from the front desk like a minute later. Was a little too aggressive since we were only a few minutes late. Especially since we were told we had “late check out” which I don’t know what that means. We thought noon was regular check out. Overall a good location and we would stay again.

Rebecca at the front desk was fantastic. She helped with our suitcases when we changed rooms. All ways very friendly as the rest of the employs. third time we have stayed there.

Unfortunately, the pull out sofa did not have any bed sheets. The staff at the desk took a while to find some sheets for us. Also, there was no recycling at the hotel.

This is the perfect spot to unwind and find some peace away from home, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing break from your vacation. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Thanks to all the staff, including the breakfast team!

The rooms are always very nice and clean. The continental breakfast is not your typical fare...its an awesome breakfast offering and the bean to cup coffee is very good. The staff is always very nice and helpful! I like the location being central to the places we go. We will be back here.

Bed was great! Bathroom was as clean. Furniture was great. Rooms were VERY noisy. Someone from the desk didn’t check us in and then checked us out at 2am. The woman working in the morning was helpful trying to untangle it. Coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast😢

Elevator was not working for hours. Room didn't have cups, coffee maker, or anything to make coffee or tea although there was a microwave. Even the dining space couldn't provide any microwavable cups. Dining space is too small. Corridor carpets are dirty. This hotel is like "cheap motel" and not all worth being paid $275 + taxes for a night! So disappointed.
