The newly renovated full-service Comfort Inn Conference Center hotel, located in central Maryland, is convenient to Annapolis and Baltimore. This hotel is only minutes from the United States Naval Academy, various county government offices in Upper Marlboro, Showplace Arena and Prince George's Equestrian Center, Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Fort Meade and Trade Zone Office Park. The lobby, restaurant and pool are centrally located between two towers and parking surrounds the hotel for easy access to your room no matter where it is located. Some ground floor rooms offer indoor and outdoor access. Security is on site during the evening hours to give you extra peace of mind. Hotel has a large seasonal outdoor pool and patio, exercise room and a business center. Ample free parking is available. The 7,500-square-foot conference center can accommodate up to 600 people. The conference room can be divided into six sections for smaller meetings or events. Room was very nice. Nice size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were originally given a room a couple of rooms down from someone that had a dog. We weren't even settled into the room and the dog would bark and howl every time it heard a noise. We asked to be moved to another room away from barking dogs. New that was going to happen all night. People with dogs should have their own area away from other people who don't have dogs. They very nicely did move us but don't know what they would have done if they were all booked up.

Location was good. Did not like being in a dog friendly hotel. Didn't like that I wasn't allowed to take my breakfast to my room. Spent money at Bob Evans instead.. Elevators did not require the use of room key. This is a safety/security issue. Most of the staff was friendly and acknowledged me during my stay. CheckIn and checkout was easy. Free parking. It's a old but well kept bldg. The vents in the bathroom could have used a good cleaning or replacement.

Room was clean and available when I arrived. I always enjoy the boiled eggs and fresh fruit at the free breakfast. There are plenty of other delicious foods to choose from.

the staff is outstanding. Makes us feel welcome and go out of their way to help. The room is comfortable. Could use more coffee and coffee cups. Breakfast is as expected. I do like the waffles. B The breakfast coffee. Some of us like dark roast.

Th best place to stay in the area. Very accommodating staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast and very convenient to more than one shopping centers.

great hotel and terrific staff. the room and bathroom are very spacious. the bed was very comfortable. the only suggestion I would make is more towel bars in the bathroom. there was only a small hook on the back of the door, nothing for extra bath towels or hand towels.

I did not like being in a room that gives to another room from inside. The other occupants were noisy.

The room was spacious and just averagely clean. The front desk reps at check in and check out were awful. At check in he claimed my cards didn't work and had me be charged twice. He was likely new and still trying to get a grasp of the systems but instead was profiling me wrongly and acting it. At check out, the front desk rep was rude and dishonest about their attempt to lock me out after making payment. The keys stopped working an hour to check out. He got me enraged. Totally poor customer service. The food was also bad.

It was a quick stay and very very clean! The entire staff was so incredibly helpful . The breakfast was good and the coffee was amazing ! I was just passing through but I am glad I found this place .
