Great staff and hospitality, we will definitely be back again! Best experience we’ve had!

While I was checking in a bug crawled by me and the associate at the front desk tried to get it from crawling on my pants. Then I was given a joined room as a solo traveler (not safe), so I asked for a different room. The room I was given had mold at the base of the shower. I was there for a conference and didn’t have time to wait for another room but this was unacceptable.
