The staff was really great. Rooms clean. Great breakfast The security lock on my door was broken and secured with a rubber band. I locked myself out at one point. The front desk person got me back in. But as a female staying at a hotel, it could make someone feel unsafe. I'd just kill an intruder, no questionsasked. But many females would feel insecure

Comfortable I didn’t like that when I went to check in and out there were NO carts available to push my bags on. The one that I did see you could barely push because of the wheels that’s ridiculous

We have stayed at Hampton for many years and have always had good experiences. This visit was a big let down. Our room was run down, lamp shades were broken, bathroom not very clean, the toilet was finicky about flushing and the bathtub faucet would not completely shut off so it ran water 24/7 (not a trickle or drip, but running). This has caused the drain to have a big build up of calcium and green. Breakfast was very bland and tasteless. It just seemed like this hotel has been allowed to deteriorate, but we noticed the same thing about the city too.

The overall stay was really nice. There dissatisfaction with my room that needs maintenance attention and maybe furniture replacement. I’m not a complainer so it didn’t really rise to the level of a formal complaint. Everyone is so nice, breakfast was nice each morning.
