The was a sewage smell upon arrival. The check in host stated with kindness that they share a sewage system with others nearby businesses and oftentimes the smell is a problem.

Check in staff was very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and nice, but the flimsy walls ruined any chance at rest. The staff was constantly cleaning and wiping with bleach-scented substances, which was nice, but it was not enough to mask this dilapidated building. Already worn out "hotel" building with no insulation in the walls between rooms! Take ear plugs! The room was very clean and nice, but the flimsy walls ruined any chance at rest. Breakfast was "as expected", except there was a distinct smell of raw sewage at the coffee station. The staff was constantly cleaning and wiping with bleach-scented substances, which was nice, but it was not enough to mask this dilapidated building.

Stayed at this property before, great location. The pool was not accessible. There was a horrific smell throughout the entire building. The staff tried to pretend they didn't smell anything but constantly spraying and cleaning to help mask the odor.

Everything met the high standards as we expected from Hampton except the bathroom. Peeling paint on ceiling, couple spots of mildew, and picture over toilet was busted.
