MainStay Suites Bowling Green North

Nothing I only stayed 2 nights and I hated it. I didn't like the hotel at all. My first room had roaches. They moved me to a 2nd room which didn't make a difference. It also had roaches. Visible in the ceiling light and on the kitchenette counter and window seal. The sheets didn't look clean either. I pulled them back and slept on my large beach towel cause the sheets were wrinkled and had a yellowish color . The first thing I noticed was the toilet seat up in the bathroom. I didn't like looking in the bathroom and seeing the toilet seat up. The maid must think that's OK leaving the toilet seat up after cleaning the room. The freeze had dead nats in it.The food for breakfast was not tasty. The potatoes were still frozen in the steam tray. And, the halls and room had a musty, mold smell. They need to remove all the dirty stained carpet. The one computer I was told had a virus so the printer didnt work and I couldn't print anything. I let them know when I checked out how displeased I was and that I will never stay there again.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable but smelled odd. Bottom sheet kept coming off throughout the night. Only had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper when we got there . Breakfast was not up to par. Bland and no meat.

Location. #1 clean towels were not put in room. Put on floor in hallway. #2 elevator not working & or properly at time's #3 toilet seat broken. #4 carts ( for bring things up) dirty #5 no large mirror in room #6 lighting in room for desk and counter none.#7 paper towel dispenser broken, Note said Stick finger in hole push button.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and for ls fest weekend it was very quiet! Will be staying here again.

Gross.

The room was clean and the staff member who checked us in was polite and efficient. And when we walked into our suite our first impression was “this is nice”. However, the lighting in the room was poor, the desk lamp was obviously broken and the others didn’t work well for reading. The only mirror was in the bathroom, so difficult to impossible to allow one person to use the bathroom and the other to apply makeup. There was no bath mat, which we didn’t realize until we needed it in the early morning. They provided shampoo in the shower, but no hair conditioner (so be sure to bring conditioner if you need it). The breakfast was okay, but not good. Overall the room looked nice, but it wasn’t the most functional for more than one person. One of us found the bed comfortable and the other did not.

We came there just to get away, breakfast was fine, the room clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and we couldn't have asked for more!

Superb

Beds could have been better

A/C on in the room at check-in, room clean. Just wish there were grab bars in the shower.

The pool was disgusting it had footprints and handprints all over the edges and it felt slimmy. Me and my husband noticed how one of the staff behind the front desk is always on there phone every time they were working the only thing I liked was the kitchen

This is a very nice hotel, and better that most places we have stayed. Clean and well maintained with a cool mini kitchen. The continental breakfast was quite good with a variety of items, hot and cold. Highly recommended.

The pool was way too cold. For someone like me who has some physical issues can't swim or just relax when it's cold like that cause it will make you hurt worse.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was awesome. I went by myself to get some well needed R&R and I got exactly that. This will be my go to place for now on and I would definitely recommend anyone to book a stay here. Loved it The pool was way too cold. For someone like me who has some physical issues can't swim or just relax when it's cold like that cause it will make you hurt worse.

The bed was great. Having a refrigerator with a freezer is wonderful!

We were there as a stop over. Served it’s purpose.

The property smelled and overall was awful. The smell. The beds. Pillows
