SureStay Hotel by Best Western Bowling Green North

The room was clean and comfortable ,could have had more selections for breakfast, and a coffee pot would have been nice. The service was excellent! No internet connection. No You tube.

Location, price Room was in abysmal condition, semi-broken fixtures, deadbolt lock was not secure, meager breakfast, unfriendly staff

Passable

This is our go-to hotel in Bowling Green. We have been staying here for years. It is clean, convenient and priced right. They have added a $100 security deposit I wasn't expecting, but I got it back in a few days.

Didn't eat breakfast Not available

Close to the track The lady at the front desk was very rude

The location and large vacant parking lot next door. Front desk employee was rude. Gave us a smoking room even though we had had a reservation for months. Said non smoking was booked. Wash cloths and towels were tan instead of white. Must not use bleach in laundry. No open outlets to charge phones unless you unplugged lamps. Should not advertise free breakfast. One morning we had coffee but only 2 mini muffins out at 6:30 am. Next morning had to ask for coffee. The rooms are rough. Our blow dryer didn’t even work. Grounds consist of dead grass and broken up concrete walk connecting the two buildings.

There were a lot of very loud motorcycles revving engines late at night. I don’t understand why these groups were allowed to do this.

More like a cheap motel vs hotel

A little run down but over all it did the job

I will stay here again.

Nothing There was no coffee maker in the room, only breakfast was cereal and toast. Bathroom door hit the toilet and wouldn’t stay closed. Advertised as a hotel while being a cheap motel.

It was a bed to sleep in. What It smelled, dirty floors especially in the bathroom, towels were gray, bathroom door would not shut, shower curtain was too short and the floor was wet.

Quiet and easy for a quick overnight.

The location was great for the event we were attending. It wasn't some luxury hotel where we would have really wanted to spend a lot of time but it was great for a hot shower and a decent comfortable, safe and clean place to sleep and honestly that is what we were looking for. No major complaints

No major complaints

Location is perfect for me-out of town, but close to everything. No coffee maker in the rooms, deadbolt doesn’t lock (same issue in 2 rooms).

It was a good stay

The front desk lady was very nice and very helpful 👍
