Jordan was extremely pleasant and made our late night stay amazing.

The place is very run down and dirty. Ceiling had dirt/mold around the air vents. The plaster was falling off the walls. The pool was closed until further notice. The room smelled musty. The check in girl was rude. It was not this way 3 years ago when we stayed there.

Mold above shower...TV was not user friendly- ended up not watching it. Thermostat stick on cool- for veto cold over night

Did not actually stay here after getting on property. Place was visibly dirty with several broken or obviously poorly repaired items. Staff was not helpful or understanding. There was a note on the nightstand labed "Tips here" Pool and hot tub were also broken. Did not feel it was safe to stay here.

I love this hotel. It’s clean, good breakfast, Jordan (front end girl) was absolutely amazing.

It was disgusting as soon as we walked we in the wood floors were buckled completely coming apart. The girl at the front desk was so rude and obnoxious. I booked it because there was a pool and hot tub right off the bat she said both were broken. The hotel room was disgusting and smelled horrible. There was mold and broken fixtures in the bathrooms mind you I reserved 2 rooms: I know the cost was cheap but no 7 star rating it’s disgusting.

The hot tub looked like it needed a good bleach cleaning.

Clean room. Great location for conference I was attending. Breakfast was convenient grab & go type foods (not meat & eggs breakfast).

The night we were there neither the pool nor the hot tub were open. The elevator was also out of order. The laundry room was convenient and deterrent was available at the front desk for $1.

The elevator was not working I’m handicap had to go up a flight of stairs that I like to never made it soda machine was not working pool was not open that’s why I went there the sheets were not clean I didn’t know that till the next morning I will never go back to there

The AC wasn’t working, the elevator was broken, and there were cigarette burns in the carpet. The front desk employee was not very helpful. I ultimately decided I didn’t feel comfortable staying there and left for the Candlewood Suites down the road. I would not recommend this hotel.

The elevator was out of order. So because I had a very large suitcase, I asked for a 1st floor room. It was so disgusting! The beds were so uncomfortable. We all woke up the next morning with body aches. It would have been more comfortable to sleep in the truck. Also the pool was out of order.

Would have been nice to relax in the hot tub

Check in sucked was assigned a room went to room it was occupied went back down let desk clerk know assigned another room it was occupied as well went back down let clerk know assigned me another 3rd time's a charm pool wasn't working then elevator quit working and it sucked due to bad knees all around horrible experience this time around

Could’ve been cleaner and the vending machine kept taking our money. The pool was advertised as heated. It wasn’t even kind of luke warm. Was extremely cold. Shady activity on the premises.

Room was okay. Hot tub and pool were nonworking and broken. No coffee was available. The breakfast area was dirty. The wheat bread was moldy. I used the peanut butter and jellies but they seemed old. My husband had a waffle. Said the batter came out very slow like it was old. Two ladies talked behind the counter and I found that disrespectful due to their content. It was sad.

The staff!!! I seen 3 different staff members during my stay and they all were very friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and use a motorized wheelchair which is very heavy. They each helped me getting my wheelchair in and out of my truck. Location was easy to get to and very quiet. I only remember one of the staff members name and that was Jordan. They all need some sort of recognition for their service. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit BG!

The free breakfast was perfect, offering many choices including making fresh waffles, the best! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and is equipped with everything you need. My thanks to the staff, keep up the good work! I'll be back!....Bob Dodaro There was nothing I didn't like...everything was perfect!
