The inside of the hotel was great very clean and welcoming. The outside grass needed mowed and there was a lot of trash on the ground

Bed sheets were dirty and stinking same for pillow cover n pillows

Great place to stay

They charged for the towels and rags that you use and did not clean the rooms well before we arrived. There was dirt all over the floors, the room stunk and there was a partial roll of toilet paper. The cleaning staff only cleaned the rooms upon request. The roaches were not a welcome site either. The noise in the adjacent rooms was so loud all night long that it was hard to sleep and the worn out beds made it even worse. Good thing that we got a double queen bed room, because one bed had someone else's hair still in it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quiet 3 guests in our room, only 2 pillows, when my husband went down and asked for one more pillow they told us they were out of pillows and offered him a blanket.

Very quiet and nice space. The bed was not comfortable and moved around the floor.

The staff was great

We had an exceptionally long day of travel. Front desk should have explained about 4th floor and no elevator prior to checking us in.
-
Bed had obviously not been changed.

The elevator stopped working Saturday morning. I checked out this morning and the elevator was still down. I was on the forth floor and had to climb up and down the stairs to take my dog outside or go grab food. Very inconvenient. Also when checking in there was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel and it was in use so I had to lug everything up to my room in several trips. And with leaving since the elevator wasn’t working I had to make several trips down the stairs to load my car. Normally a pretty decent hotel but extremely frustrating about the elevator.

The front desk couldn’t even give me a simple plastic fork or spoon when I arrived. I only had two towels in the bathroom and when I went to the front desk to ask for more or any wash rags, they told me they did not have enough for everybody to have the proper amount and that when I was done with my two towels to bring them back and I could get two more and said nothing about the wash rags. I also have a one year-old and a three-year-old and during the middle of the day at about 230 I was told that if I could not keep them quiet, which means sitting on a bed, not making any noise that we would be kicked out don’t say your kid friendly and then try to kick us out for my kids being kids in the middle of the day

Had a room for 3 adults, however there were only 2 sets of towels and wash cloths. Ask the front desk person, said they were in the laundry and it would be 2 hours to get them. Not good when you are trying to get ready and go to where you need. Had to make do with what we had. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to the staff. Not very pleased with this stay, will not be coming back.

(ie) no towels,no coffee maker, no utensils, (they are available to buy) this was news to me. Cracked windows in room, back entrance door to property was non operational. Maybe this is how Kentucky is?

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The elevator & hallways were not cleaned. There was food particles & paper on the floor & food particles & spills in the elevator. The washers were dirty on the inside & out. There were no smoking within 25 feet of building & people were standing & sitting right by the doors smoking. Could hear every sound from upstairs & next door...there is no carpeting in the rooms due to being a pet friendly place, so that could be some of the issue. Would I stay here again, probably, but now I know what to expect.
