Few things they need to work on qnd it would be a very nice place
-
Great place to stay on a quick over night work trip. Staff was great and lots of food options nearby.
-
Blood stained pillowcase which the staff did swap for us. Sticky floors and lacking in toiletries and towels
-
Advertised that there was a breakfast and there is none. Workout room was decent. I thought the common areas were clean when I arrived but that went downhill the longer I was there (24 nights). Room was clean and looked nice when I arrived. Laundry room was decent. Definitely people living there like it is an apartment. Lots of dogs when I was there and you could smell it. One or two gals at the front desk were super helpful and friendly, the rest really didn’t talk or weren’t very helpful. Parking was good. Felt safe in and around the hotel for the most part. Food options nearby and within walking distance.

The hotel fit our needs as overnight travelers working in the area. We plan to be back.

At check in only 1 of 2 key cards worked so had to get two new ones. No utensils or cooking pans in kitchen. No breakfast at this location.

The people at the front were nice. The room was ok except the floors were so nasty. I ruined a pair of socks. You definitely didn't want to walk on them bare footed. Talked to another person that was staying there and they said the same thing.

No blow dryer, no hand towel, no toiletries, bed wasn't very comfortable and the room smelled of paint. 3 pillows lol.

Let's discuss the rooms. The beds were made and had mattress protectors on them, which was a plus for us. However, the countertops, desk, and nightstand were not cleaned or wiped down. The floors had wads of pet hair all over them, and some type of mysterious liquid had spilled everywhere. The TV had "cable," which did not work. When staying there, it needs to be noted that it is $2 for extra towels, an additional fee for sheet exchange, and they had quite ridiculous fees for pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. As someone who often stays in extended stays, I was honestly amazed by how poor this experience was. Now to the "gym", there is a weight bench, but no weights. I guess you could bring your own. It does have a treadmill, which was a bonus, although the TV is facing away from it. The thermostat was set to 78 degrees, so you can get a real good sweat going on. Parking was great, there is a fabulous little International Indian Market behind the hotel and an Indian Restaurant. Zaxby's is walkable, too. Then, a fire department, mentioning this because it may interrupt your sleep. There was no management because they had quit. While observing the training, it was mentioned that the building was not up to code and that they had no idea how to do an emergency shut-off, if something happened like an earthquake. How fun.

This extended stay hotel was very nice and clean. However, there were not enough towels in the room. We had to go get toilet paper because there was no extra rolls in the room. In fact, you had to request everything you needed. If you did not bring your own dishes, pots/pans, cups etc. they had those for sale at the front desk. I had to go buy a hairdryer from Walmart because the room didn’t have one. This was our first time staying at this extended stay so I didn’t know you had to provide those items yourself. Most other extended stay hotels have all these items already in the room. Luckily this was only a one night stay.

Good, clean, relatively quiet room. Full kitchen, but no coffee pot in the room.
-
Nice property and location. Reason for a lower rating is it was loud, not the guests/people, the hotel itself. For example, the doors are so heavy they all sound like they’re slamming, upstairs “neighbors” footsteps were loud, even the fridge was making a weird buzzing sound. We were in a higher traffic room right by the door to outside/stairwell so it sounded like slamming doors all night. Just if anybody is very sensitive to noise, this may be a bigger negative for a longer stay.

Staff was amazing and friendly

The room was updated and clean with the exception of the floors. They definitely needed a better clean. Great hotel for the price though.
-
Clean room with kitchen but nothing available in room to use like dishes, utensils. No hair dryer in bathroom. Plenty of parking, coffee in lobby
-
The halls, walkways, floors, elevator, and rooms were filled with animals fur/hair....very disgusting and disappointing. This filthy environment is parasite infested. Very disappointed 😞

The hotel location is great. Right off the Interstate. Room was clean except for a very sticky floor. Rather spartan appearance but it served its purpose. Unfortunately, the floors are wood plank so I was kept awake most of the night by the little brats running around in the room above us. When that finally ended I could hear the couple on the next room's conversation perfectly through the thin walls. As a light sleeper it was a miserable night. Never again.
