The front desk couldn’t even give me a simple plastic fork or spoon when I arrived. I only had two towels in the bathroom and when I went to the front desk to ask for more or any wash rags, they told me they did not have enough for everybody to have the proper amount and that when I was done with my two towels to bring them back and I could get two more and said nothing about the wash rags. I also have a one year-old and a three-year-old and during the middle of the day at about 230 I was told that if I could not keep them quiet, which means sitting on a bed, not making any noise that we would be kicked out don’t say your kid friendly and then try to kick us out for my kids being kids in the middle of the day

Had a room for 3 adults, however there were only 2 sets of towels and wash cloths. Ask the front desk person, said they were in the laundry and it would be 2 hours to get them. Not good when you are trying to get ready and go to where you need. Had to make do with what we had. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to the staff. Not very pleased with this stay, will not be coming back.

(ie) no towels,no coffee maker, no utensils, (they are available to buy) this was news to me. Cracked windows in room, back entrance door to property was non operational. Maybe this is how Kentucky is?

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The elevator & hallways were not cleaned. There was food particles & paper on the floor & food particles & spills in the elevator. The washers were dirty on the inside & out. There were no smoking within 25 feet of building & people were standing & sitting right by the doors smoking. Could hear every sound from upstairs & next door...there is no carpeting in the rooms due to being a pet friendly place, so that could be some of the issue. Would I stay here again, probably, but now I know what to expect.

Good location but not clean. Toilet and towels were dirty.

Rooms were solid and pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Very basic place to stay but not bad for the price I guess.

The check in process was very odd. There was very loud music on and off all night long that the front desk was unwilling to help with. Car was revving up right outside our window at 6 am. The worst part was the cleaning staff knocked loudly at 8:40 am to clean the room when the check out was 11 am. The hotel does not provide do not disturb signs for the door. They were also talking extremely loud in the hallway. We will never stay at his hotel or this type of hotel again. Worst stay ever!

Clean room and nice location. Only downfall was they only gave us 1 towel and 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people in one room. I did ask for more towels and the guy at the desk said it would be late before they were ready. So I ended up going and buying my own towel. Other than that nice place!

The room and property were great but the noise from the other rooms was unbearable. Loud music, dogs barking, loud conversations. Made the place drop from great to ok.

Everything was clean

Perfect location and everything was super clean. Just a one night stay while passing through on vacation. It was an extended stay hotel and for two rooms with two queens it was great price. Located within walking distance to food and gas station too.

Few things they need to work on qnd it would be a very nice place
-
Great place to stay on a quick over night work trip. Staff was great and lots of food options nearby.
-
Blood stained pillowcase which the staff did swap for us. Sticky floors and lacking in toiletries and towels

Advertised that there was a breakfast and there is none. Workout room was decent. I thought the common areas were clean when I arrived but that went downhill the longer I was there (24 nights). Room was clean and looked nice when I arrived. Laundry room was decent. Definitely people living there like it is an apartment. Lots of dogs when I was there and you could smell it. One or two gals at the front desk were super helpful and friendly, the rest really didn’t talk or weren’t very helpful. Parking was good. Felt safe in and around the hotel for the most part. Food options nearby and within walking distance.

The hotel fit our needs as overnight travelers working in the area. We plan to be back.

At check in only 1 of 2 key cards worked so had to get two new ones. No utensils or cooking pans in kitchen. No breakfast at this location.
