It is an old worn out hotel. The main hotels rooms were not usable because of boiler problem. These are the rooms around the pool area. I turned on the AC unit and set it for 60 degrees. It never stopped running. Worn out hotel.

When we first walked in there was a roach on the bed. After looking there were cockroaches in the room covering the AC unit and on the walls. They had eggs everywhere. The halls were very nasty. There was no elevator. We immediately left after finding the roaches in the room and went down for a refund. They said they would send for a refund through Expedia they never did I had to contact Expedia to get them to enforce a refund from the property. I will NEVER go back.

Good for the price. No breakfast tho

Roaches!!!! All of the rooms had them that we were in. The kids loved the pools and staff was friendly but this hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms smell and are not clean. I stayed at this hotel for years for little staycays with my kids over the years and it has gone down significantly

Second room they put me in the main line to the shower had pulled away from the wall to take a shower from a previous repair. Would not suggest this to anyone.

Our room was dark, dirty, musty, and smelled strongly of old food and mildew. The decorative Corvette pillow was ripped and had visible dirt and mildew stains. The bed was hard and lumpy, although the bedding appeared clean, which was the only reason we didn’t sleep in our car. The hallways were poorly lit, had no air conditioning, and the carpets were filthy and wrinkly. There was what appeared to be dried vomit splattered on both the hallway carpet and wall that had not been cleaned. The bathroom had several safety and maintenance issues. The tub was extremely slippery, the glass shower door was off its track, and the toilet seat was the wrong size and slid off the toilet when used. The pool appeared poorly maintained. The water did not seem properly chlorinated, there were severely rotted support beams around the pool area, and guests were smoking and vaping there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property looked nothing like the listing and needs significant cleaning, repairs, and maintenance before it should be rented to guests. We originally planned to stay two nights but checked out a dawn. I wished I took photos of the hotel so everyone can see exactly what they are getting.

Friendly and helpful service. Nice clean rooms.

for the cost it was good but furniture & room def require some attention. police frequently there along with a wonderful (insert sarcasm) pot smell kids have to walk the halls through

Don’t book here unless you are a lizard who prefers sleeping at 85 degrees. The air conditioner was turned off when we checked into the room, in July, in Kentucky. The air conditioning also appeared to be not operating in the hallway. I turned on the AC and it did operate but it took several hours for the room to be cooled down enough to sleep. What kind of hotel management just doesn’t turn on the air conditioning in the summer? Also, the phone in the room was not functioning either so I couldn’t call the front desk. The room was ok in the morning and I didn’t want to fuss with changing hotels so I just put up the do not disturb sign just in case the maid would turn off the AC. I plan to never stay in this hotel again.

Clean hotel, just had a bad odor

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

I use to stay there every other weekend. This trip was very disappointing. The room was dirty, the pool was nasty, had things floating in it, the ice machine didn’t work. Just over all fail.
-
The AC barely works to cool the rooms. One of the beds sheets had a full on bloody handprint on it. Floors were dirty. The hallways smell like cat pee and are dirty. Lobby was dirty and miserably hot.
-
The pool and hot tub was amazing. Beds not too comfy . Clean room . Kids loved the pool .
-
The ice machine was broke the last time I was there. They replaced it this time and this one was broken. I was there 5 days and was never able to get ice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were clean.

Room was crazy hot. Took a few hours to cool off. Probably was a pretty nice hotel in its day. Needs a little TLC.
-
The room was fine for what it was. It wasn’t terrible for the price. There is $100 deposit that isn’t anywhere in the description. None of the plugs in the room worked for charging anything. The tv is very tiny and old. The pool and hot tub were nice to have indoors.
-
Nice clean hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Ampla secure parking. Only downfall is no breakfast.
