Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

I use to stay there every other weekend. This trip was very disappointing. The room was dirty, the pool was nasty, had things floating in it, the ice machine didn’t work. Just over all fail.

The AC barely works to cool the rooms. One of the beds sheets had a full on bloody handprint on it. Floors were dirty. The hallways smell like cat pee and are dirty. Lobby was dirty and miserably hot.

The pool and hot tub was amazing. Beds not too comfy . Clean room . Kids loved the pool .

The ice machine was broke the last time I was there. They replaced it this time and this one was broken. I was there 5 days and was never able to get ice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were clean.

Room was crazy hot. Took a few hours to cool off. Probably was a pretty nice hotel in its day. Needs a little TLC.

The room was fine for what it was. It wasn’t terrible for the price. There is $100 deposit that isn’t anywhere in the description. None of the plugs in the room worked for charging anything. The tv is very tiny and old. The pool and hot tub were nice to have indoors.

Nice clean hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Ampla secure parking. Only downfall is no breakfast.

Clean rooms, very accommodating, lovely indoor poor

Things became even worse the next day. When we checked in, I asked the front desk if a late checkout was available. The employee checked and then told us that a 1:00 PM checkout was approved. We gladly accepted because we arrived late, the pool was already closed, and our three children were exhausted. They had been excited all day about swimming, so we planned to let them enjoy the pool the next morning before our approved checkout time. However, before 10:30 AM, housekeeping attempted to enter our room, and shortly afterward management came to the room as well. My husband went to the front desk to resolve the issue and was told that the hotel “doesn’t do 1:00 PM checkouts.” The manager reviewed our reservation and confirmed that their employee had in fact approved the 1:00 PM checkout. Despite acknowledging the mistake was made by hotel staff, management denied us access to the pool because of the checkout dispute. The entire experience felt unfair and unprofessional.

Booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub people seem to be pleased with, upon check in(Wednesday) the pool was closed by health inspector until Friday. Pool ended up being closed until Monday and when it opened the hot tub was inoperable, staff didn’t seem to care and was standoffish. Ice machine was broken as well, place seems to be falling apart. I know it’s a budget place to stay but should be maintained better

The bed sheets were dirty on both beds. One sheet had blood on it . The pool was very dirty ,full of different people's hair . The water in the pool was cloudy . I would not get in it. I will never go back to that hotel!

Great for budget, prepare to do your own cleaning.

The pool needs updating and cleaning, there was bugs in the jacuzzi, the pool watef was foggy and rocks in it..

Everything was good except the t.v. some of the channels had no sound the remote didn't work very good

The rooms were nice and clean the showers had good pressure

Staff was very nice, the hotel itself is definitely in need of some remodeling work as there were apparent dated or dilapidation in some areas. Everything was clean though. I would stay here again!

This was the worst experience of my life. It was midnight, we drove all day & was exhausted. They had no other rooms to move us to so we were kind of just out of luck at that point. Not a good experience to experience when going on a two days getaway trip for your wedding anniversary.
