Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Normal waffles, cereal and yogurt.

The staff was exceptional and very understanding of our circumstances. They went out of their way to help us Insurance driven they had to concrete their pool

clean, tidy, well maintained; recent paint, updated lighting, etc.

Shouldn’t have had to be there

Very convenient location! Easy access for entrance and exit. Did not have a bad experience with anything here or anyone.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great considering the price of the room is so reasonable. The place had a bit of a musty odor but it was a hot summer day. Could use new mattresses but that will probably raise the price.

That the a c worked I did not like how it smelt in there. The sheets on the bed were terrible. Had to switch rooms needs to be updated.

Checked in it smelled like smoke and they trynna charge me $100

Do not go here because of bugs

The staff will remarkably helpful and extremely accommodating. They seemed generally concerned for my well-being, especially Martha, who handled the special needs request and check out. The gentleman who worked night shift at late check-in was also extremely helpful and considerate.

No complaints here. What l liked the most is one elderly staff woman that pointed out some discounts for me to use as a contractor. And overall this was one of the better motels l have been to.

Convenient to lost river cave. Reasonable

Clean, quiet, the breakfast was minimal, but I'll definitely be back.

Normally I like this place. I asked for quarters to do laundry, it was an issue. My feeling is if u offer the services- you need to have the change avaliable to use the machines So instead I had to leave, go find a laundry mat, waste 2 hours of time to wash before I went home. Very inconvenient. The service, the front staff. My 1st morning i had been up 36 hrs upon arrival. I bring my coffee, an pot. I forgot creamer- I asked for couple creamers- ended up leaving an going to Kroger- cause it was 935am, an breakfast was over- I dont eat that set out junk they put out. It was an issue. I spent 400$ for issues an attitude .

Coffee was good and there were a variety of breakfast options. We travel with dogs, and there was ample space to walk them outside the building.
