The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The breakfast was good. No complaints at all.

The property was a bit dated, but it was clean, durable, and functional. A solid stay.

The complimentary breakfast didn’t have much of a choice. Couple items didn’t taste good at all. Not much of a choice to drink. Out of orange juice and don’t drink coffee.

Breakfast was good. It had all the main continental breakfast items but nothing extra. The coffee was good and it ran out. Someone immediately replaced it when we pointed it out. Parking is well lit. It felt like a safe area. Hotel is clean and nice. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub but were disappointed to find it was barely even warm. We ended up just leaving the pool and taking a warm bath instead. They have cable tv but the tv guide wasn’t working which meant flipping through channels to find something. There was a towel and an ice pack in the mini fridge that wasn’t cleaned out before our stay.

Staff is helpful. Although it is a non smoking facility somebody had smoked and cleaners had obviously attempted to cover it up with some terrible smelling cleaner. It was a horrible smell we could not get rid of. Because we were already settled in to the room we did not ask to change to a new room although it would of been provided. In the future if we encounter such a room will immediately ask to be moved. Also because no window could be opened, there was no opportunity to gain fresh air. Would be good for share were available somehow to the rooms. The sheets in the room had the best smell ever. The scent was noticeable and pleasant. Room was very clean All was good

I've been coming to the Wingate by Wyndham for a few years now. There's never been one time that I've stayed there that I haven't been pleased or super impressed. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had people at the front desk absolutely go out of their way to help me more than any other hotel that I've ever stayed at. If something come up or I needed a little extra time that wasn't an issue me It was never an issue to check in early. Nor was it an issue to book my room online and then them give me some type of upgrade Or an additional amenity just because it was available. This property is what got me into choosing Wyndham hotels

Our stay at the hotel was made enjoyable by the friendliness of staff, especially Laura at the front desk. We really enjoyed chatting with her and she answered any questions we had. The one negative about our room, 406, was that there was no towel rack in the bathroom, which we thought was very odd.

Close to highway exit, eating establishments, and gas stations. Landscaping overgrown and neglected.

Like the safety bars in the bathroom. I really felt safe. I would like to say i love the hotel. The best ever. Thank you for great place to stay. Keep up the great work. Thank you
