I don't know if it's the hotel or expedia but I was robbed of the money that was placed on hold on my card. I was told it would be returned 7-10 business days after check out...by the hotel. I call after 2 weeks to the hotel and told "no it's Expedia that holds that". Expedia says no that is part of the original price. I guess the price went up. I travel a lot, usually on 2 days at a location. I guess it's harder to screw someone over on a short stay. I can't make them give my money back but they won't ever get another booking through me or anyone I know or can communicate with. That includes you. Please do not book with this site. There are too many sites To be taking a chance on being robbed.

The front desk guy he was great The cockroaches and all of the police calling people that live there

Nothing really. I didn't like the roaches. I didn't like the smell of marijuana in the hall ways I didn't like the fact that there was a laundry room and no change machine. It sucked for real.

Only the location. Everything else. Trash. Rooms were disgusting. No elevator. Nothing to cook with. They only give you 2 paper cups and 2 towels as “complimentary” no housekeeping. Always loud. Staff is rude and there will be a lady walking up and down the halls that works there and taps a water bottle on the walls as she walks all day. So if your a day sleeper and work nights. Best of luck.

It was okay The room had an ordre to it. The walls was filty. The carpet was ripped . The manager kept on raising the price of the same room. From week to week didn't get deposit back. Refused to put me in another room. But had to deal with it due to the fact I didn't have transportation at the time

The place was crawling with roaches. Very filthy and nasty ?. Look elsewhere The roaches and bed were not comfortable. Staff didn't refund or credit me for checking out one day early due to pest control services.

It was clean, quiet, we felt safe, the room was awesome! We are already planning our next trip. The only negative thing we could say is the mattress was hard. But even that wasn’t really a deal breaker for us and we will still stay again.

The cost was a great price

The rate Room service I've been there over 8 weeks and only had 2 room cleaning. The refrigerator has rust around the door and a rip in the carpet. The walls has dents and marks all over them.

The staff was friendly. The room was fine. It’s quiet!! The rooms definitely need painted and cleaned better. But for the price. It’s to be expected. It’s a place to sleep.

The photos are not realistic. They show the renewed photos for all option, and them when you arrive you find out that the room is the old one. Some parts of the hotel was supposed to be smoke free, but people smoke everywhere. The room smells bad and there are no utensils in the kitchen.

First building where office was, was not too bad, but the other building was BAD, smelled like pot EVERYWHERE, could hear people yelling and fighting. We ended up not staying just looking at the room, then non updated rooms where, “clean” I guess but very old stuff and just not what I expected AT ALL, compared to the pictures on Expedia.
