InTown Suites Extended Stay Bowling Green

Staff made up an letter stating that I couldn't leave my small motion support dog in the room this was after they received my 400.00 and my motion support letter and threatened to put me and my son and grand baby out if I left my dog in the room me and my son was visiting grand baby that we haven't seen in 7 years when had traveled all the way from Texas we wouldn't never booked here again and also the carpet and room was very nasty and it had roaches that was all the money we had at the moment

The room was really nice and had everything I needed for the week. The front desk staff was very helpful at check in

The staff there was awesome Mrs Tangi n tbe office was very helpful n made sure our stay was as best as possible. The upgraded rooms was n good condition n the shower was great with plenty of hot water n great water pressure. Its a great place for an extended stay

It was in a nice remote spot close to many merchants that you could walk to if needed. No elevator to get to and from room I am on a walker and I had to climb two flights of stairs.

I don't know if it's the hotel or expedia but I was robbed of the money that was placed on hold on my card. I was told it would be returned 7-10 business days after check out...by the hotel. I call after 2 weeks to the hotel and told "no it's Expedia that holds that". Expedia says no that is part of the original price. I guess the price went up. I travel a lot, usually on 2 days at a location. I guess it's harder to screw someone over on a short stay. I can't make them give my money back but they won't ever get another booking through me or anyone I know or can communicate with. That includes you. Please do not book with this site. There are too many sites To be taking a chance on being robbed.

Nothing really. I didn't like the roaches. I didn't like the smell of marijuana in the hall ways I didn't like the fact that there was a laundry room and no change machine. It sucked for real.

Rude staff Rude staff

Only the location. Everything else. Trash. Rooms were disgusting. No elevator. Nothing to cook with. They only give you 2 paper cups and 2 towels as “complimentary” no housekeeping. Always loud. Staff is rude and there will be a lady walking up and down the halls that works there and taps a water bottle on the walls as she walks all day. So if your a day sleeper and work nights. Best of luck.
