La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bowling Green

Our room was clean & spacious. We were unable to use the amenities but breakfast was great & the staff was helpful!

Breakfast was weak. Rooms can use updates but have had worse. Carpeting in hallways was questionable. But overall quiet and room was clean.

My room and my floor seemed to have an odor The owner seemed to be in an argument with someone who was laying carpet but I felt it was rude to have that argument right in front of the elevator in the hallway.

Good place to stay if you are on the road, need a clean room and free breakfast

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Location was great, beds were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. My only suggestion would be to give some attention to the pool area. For as nice of a facility, one would expect the pool area to be as up to date.

There were no biscuits and gravy on the menu. Did not care for the scrambled eggs would prefer real eggs.

Clean rooms and the staff were great

This property was convenient off the interstate. Clean rooms that were well decorated. Free breakfast with long hours to allow those who want to get on the road early. Enjoyed stay and highly recommend hotel to others.

Our bathroom was full of mold. The fan didn’t work, so whenever the shower was used, it got very wet in the bathroom and even caused the floor outside of the bathroom to get wet from the steam and moisture in the air. The fan vent was full of mold, the wall/ceilings had mold all over, the bathroom door had mold and water damage to it. Spoke to the front desk that evening and they were all booked so no other room to move to. They just said “sorry”. At checkout, the gentleman working asked about our stay. When I explained about the mold, I showed him the pictures I took as well and he asked for my name and number so the manager could get ahold of me Monday and again just said “sorry”. Have yet to hear from the manager, the number to call the hotel says “this mailbox is not taking phone calls”, and my kids all now have headaches, sore throats and coughs. 2 of us are allergic to multiple types of mold and they were made aware of that as well. Not pleased with the the outcome of the situation and lack of care about the mold. The rest of the hotel was clean and looked well taken care of.

The afternoon staff was very helpful and friendly.

The coffee was terrible. The sheets were pilled. The toilet paper was horrible. The bedside lights were high up you had to get out of bead to reach them.

Excellent for a 1 night stay. Bed was comfy and staff was super helpful. Will stay again. Thank You!!

We stayed two nights and the first day we used the towels and left them in the tub so we could have new towels. The next day we were out and about and came back to no towels. No towels. We had trash cans in the room and they were still with trash. So all housekeeping did was remove used towels. Also, the rooms lights did not all work so it was dark in the room , the bathroom was dirty looking and two of the towels were visibly soiled on the shelf. The WiFi did not work. Overall it was not worth the money and so many other hotels in the area were available. Made a mistake staying there.

Minor issues: door lock always stuck and the door didn’t shut properly when closed; comfortable beds — but the rest of the furniture was very cheaply made and not up to the quality of the hotel reputation; the extra bedding (blanket) was stained; the tub/shower drain was very slow.

Staff was friendly, ac worked well, bed was comfortable even though small.
