Clean room, nice staff!

Nice stay.

But if you want a free coffee like most places have in the lobby, forget it. And if you want coffee after 5: 00pm, also forget about it. Breakfast go ahead and order it and pay for it at the small bar. Nothing free on this subject. No food was put out to scoop up on a plate and pay for it. Nada, nothing. And try to find a place to sit down and eat if you did order your breakfast/food. Outrageous for a Marriott. Look for a place that actually has amenities. I won't go there again.

concierge there. I approached him very nicely letting him know what happened, he seemed so bothered with me, mind you this is my first time interacting with him. He was very rude and clearly he didn’t care. When I noticed this, I didn’t even want to stay there anymore cause it didn’t feel welcoming, I asked for a refund. He told me no because I booked through Expedia and I already checked in so I just left and got myself another hotel.

Woke up in the middle of the night and found a bedbug next to my husbands pillow

Great bistro, very friendly staff, and a wonderfully clean bed and room.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Room was dirty hallway had cockroaches, and safe wasn’t working. So much to say so little energy to waste.

Not enough towers

The room was disappointing...bathroom was not clean...not enough towels...plumbing wasn't covered ( looks like work was being done and never replaced)...air conditioning awful (also missing a cover on the outside)...shower had rust stains. This property needs a room makeover. I will not stay there again.

The staff at this hotel was the BEST I have ever encountered! The were polite, accommodating, helpful, and made our stay absolutely wonderful! We will stay there again!

My daughter discovered this hotel, but she apparently overlooked the reviews. We only stayed for one night, and the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted the hotel lobby, but they couldn’t guarantee that another room wouldn’t have the same issue. Upon reviewing Google reviews, we noticed that this problem seems to affect every room. One guest mentioned that they had the same issue on the 4th and 3rd floors. Additionally, the room coffee maker lacked a lid and appeared dirty and unhygienic when I inquired about courtesy coffee the hotel said they don’t have coffee at the lobby . The lobby was pleasant, and the room itself looked decent. However, I found a door key under the bed sheets, which made me wonder if the sheets used by the previous guests had been changed.

Customer Service Just the wifi is a little slow. And no microwave in the room. But the stay was good.
