I like the location. I went down to get a water bottle, and it was free. I love the amenities. Especially the Jacuzzi and the gym. No breakfast included. The Ac makes too much noise. It wakes me up in the middle of the night.

Booking.com FAILED to properly disclose the late start times of breakfast on weekends thus we paid for something and were not able to use and we have reached out to booking.com for reimbursement of this extra fee we paid. this it is false advertising when there are stipulations such as later start of breakfast times. That needs to be DISCLOSED PRIOR to purchase and it was not. I have the screenshot of website . Bella the front desk staff on 9/25/26 at 2pm was rude, lazy & dismissive and we believe we were racially discriminated against. A letter has been sent to corporate, hotel management, booking.com And the private owner of this hotel. We were obviously lied to by her, and she rudely turned her back on me without any verbal communication to excuse her or anything.... just turned her back and walked away when it was my turn to check in. The greeting is the most important part of the visit and this is what ruined the stay for us - Bella should not be in Customer Service!

This hotel was a little hard to see but we immediately loved the entrance and the staff was great. Bella was so friendly and helpful. The room was great other than the very loud A/C unit but it was cold and comfortable in the room. The pool was crystal clear and so much fun for our team of football players. When we come back to this area we will stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful stay.
