Work properly.. I had to call to figure out the secret, i t was a problem getting out as well. Was told they knew about about the problem and it was scheduled to be fixed. The hairdryer didn't work, the coffee pot had no filter rendering it unusable. The tissue box had tissues stuffed in the top and then it was empty. I went out for the day and when i returned my key was deactivated. Went to the desk and Lauren comped me a small bottle of wine to make up for the inconveniences. It was one aggravation after another Im thankful it was only a two night stay. It was not what I expected from a Marriot and I would think twice about booking with them again

Good guest laundry facilities. Friendly staff. Balcony door did not lock. Area behind drapes dirty. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Hair dryer full of lint. Body wash & shampoo containers empty.

Needs a realistic free breakfast arrangement. Room was way at the end of a long hallway at the rear of building - but the clerk at check-in directed us thru the front entrance- when there was a rear door less than 20 feet from the room. I am 81 years old with neuropathy. Also the room was noisy - next to some " hotel work" room and some sort of a loading ramp.

Located close to the beach; good Restaurants and freeway The toilette lid in one of the rooms was broken. It does look like the cleaning staff does a real good job cleaning.

Convenience of location. Friendliness of staff very accommodating. You need to put some warmth into your decor. The bathroom sink area needs to be addressed. It collects water each time you use it.

Location is fantastic, and the employees were nice Outdated and run down. Our balcony door didn’t even lock, but we were so tired and got in late that we didn’t want to complain. We ended up sticking furniture against the door and hope for the best. We called for sheets because the pull out couch was bare for our daughter. The brought 2 fitted sheets and no top sheet. The doors were chipped, our curtain to the balcony had tons of holes in it. The AC rattled because it was broken. Dusty and had small ghost ants. I was disappointed after being charged $230 for one night. We love Marriott, but this was subpar to our previous stats with bonvoy.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and shops.

I like that it had a cheaper price point The customer service was horrible. I paid before I went to the hotel and when I got there at 12am in the morning from driving hours. He told me that he needed my payment and he couldn't give me a room nor look at my phone for anything. Someone from bookings called and he was getting smart with her. She made him give me somewhere to stay. He only gave me a night for one night. When they got it straight the next day my key wouldn't work that night when I returned. That same man was there and wouldn't give the person who checked in with a key to get into our room. Very poor customer service. Then when I checked out they said I will get a refund of a certain amount. I never received the refund. ?

the cleaning pepeol get on the elevator ALL THE TIME with customers with all there equipment when there 2 elevators bad for business

The beds were extremely comfortable and friendly staff. House cleaning was thorough. Only one working elevator, location was just ok. Pictures are better than the actual.
