Staff was excellent, they got me the room I asked for. The air in my room was stale, and the toilet broke. All day coffee was useful. Location was perfect for me.

Enjoyed our stay here was visiting family needed something close to them. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Parking was convenient no issues

Beautiful Hotel and clean.

It’s def an affordable, comfortable and clean option. Positives: perfect location for my needs. I really enjoyed the refrig, and microwave in the room and the excellent whole bean, fresh brewed decaf and reg coffee in the lobby. Negatives: I prefer a clean smell over lots of fragrance and air freshener in the halls and the hotel room. It’s a bit nauseating to be bombarded with those synthetic smells especially since you can’t crack a window or turn on a fan. Not to mention those synthetic fragrances are toxic. I usually ask ahead for a fragrance free room and it slipped my mind this time and there was not one available. I did request fragrance free last time I stayed here and it was way better. Fortunately the linens are fragrance free. I jacked up the ac for fresh air and managed.

Yari the front desk representative was rude with us,i made a mistake on the dates for my staying on July 19 to 20 instead i wrote August 19 to 20 i didn’t notice the mistake until she called on the 19 and she told me about the error,i told her i was in Aventura at the time and i was going to correct the error then she told me to hurry up if not the hotel will bring my belongings out of the room…Then i had to make another new reservations for the day she treated us like second class citizens..Please speak to her this way she will not do the same to another family because it’s horrible…!!

Easy to check in without waiting. Room was spacious and super clean. Loved the shower and the shower products provided. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. Love the 24/7 coffee machine. The only negative was that we left about midnight to pick someone up at airport and when we returns about an hour later, no spots. Maybe because that allowed a person with a boat to take up at least 4 spots. Anyway, we parked where we shouldn’t (spot was made for motorcycles) and all worked out the next days. We’d definitely stay again

Parking is free, variety of items for breakfast, you can take something to go too, several pillows and sheets, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, dark with curtains, 10 minutes from the beach, and many available restaurants around.

Excellent property. Room was very clean, smelling fresh. Bed was just the perfect midway point between firm and plush. Fridge icy cold, was able to refreeze my cold packs. I will use this property again as in when in the area.

Check in and check out staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent size, several options. Room was clean.
