Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boynton Beach West by IHG

I am a student who goes to ICHS and I lived the fa t that it was right next to the school and had free breakfast.

overall good breakfast except no Orange Juice for a few days

Bathroom needed some attention in the maintenance area. Towel bar and toilet paper holder both falling/fell off the wall, a patched wall hole behind door was not painted, tub grout moldy. sink faucet blasts water all over the vanity.

Breakfast and staff, we're fine. I found coackroaches in our room. Didn't even take anything out of our suitcases, we didn't want to stay but had no choice. The room was dark and gloomy. Horrible hotel.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff and front desk staff were very helpful and very nice. It was a nice weekend getaway.

I’m sorry to say that one breakfast specifically was not good at all. It was the Monday of our stay 9-7-26. The scrambled eggs were inedible. We were looking forward to breakfast that day because we had had previously really good breakfasts. We didn’t have a chance to try it again. Just FYI, you might want to caution the ladies about this. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Breakfast and location are ideal. When visiting children and grandchildren in Boynton Beach, it is the closest to their home, welcoming, efficient, clean, has a great breakfast, and is close to the airport. When visiting by car from Massachusetts, dogs are not allowed. Wherever I stay is unpleasant. There is no possibility of staying with you even though my dog is never left alone, well behaved, not a barker, always on a leash out of the room.

The room was very loud in general with foot traffic and doors closing in the hall all night. Main dislike was the choir (or similar group) that was having some type of practice or event in a room nearby that went on until around 9:30pm. Sound traveled directly into the room I was in.

I really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff and the cleanliness of my room. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. As a Canadian, I truly appreciated my experience here. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
