Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach

There for an overnight and found all to be in good order. Overall, hotel was a good value.

The location, the price, the free breakfast & the room was really clean. The bathroom is very small( not enough space between toilet, tub and door) Also, water was extremely HOT and very poor water pressure in bathroom sink. Closet with mirror on top was showing damage/ rotting. Breakfast was good but extremely uncomfortable because there was a woman literally standing over everyone watching them. Also, coffee provided in room was only decaf.

This hotel was in a great location, Staff was customer focused and it showed on day 1. Breakfast was good, many selections available and breakfast area kept clean. Staff was immediately available for assistance and they were welcoming and polite.. I did not care for having to select when I wanted our room cleaned. It should be done daily. Coffee was lacking. Normally I choose medium roast, it was very weak. Tried Dark Roast, same. They need to either clean the machine or get a different brand of coffee.

The property is excellent for short stay good breakfast in the morning recommend

Nice hotel clean and cozy only complaint is the tvs are ancient you’ll be scrolling through channels.

I didn’t like sharing the elevator with a dog the last time we stayed there , there were no dogs and I don’t remember anything saying it was dog friendly ?

The location I didn’t like that we wasn’t able to get blankets or pillows we literally had to sleep flat. The beds was not comfortable it was just not a comfortable experience

The room was spacious and very clean.

Rooms in need of a major upgrade. Shower pressure lackluster. Breakfast staff were rude. Price was way overpriced for experience. Pool was dirty! Only reason I stayed was right across street from my lawyers office!

The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping was the best! This was our second stay and we will definitely return next year!

Exceptional

Very accommodating and clean hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean The breakfast was nice, plenty of warm and cold food options.

Awesome staff and great breakfast. Wild return for sure!

The breakfast could be improved and have a little more variety. During the three days I had breakfast, I was only served sausages.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful

Great for a quick drop in

Superb

Good experience, Suite was as expected

We were delighted by this facility. The bed was firm and so were the pillows. The room was large and comfortable. The couch could have been more comfortable but that was a minor consideration. The buffest breakfast was excellent with a surprisingly strong coffee, a rarity at hotel breakfasts. Would definitely stay there again.
