DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Checked into room toilet seat was broken and shower was dirty. I let the staff know and they switched our room. Checked that room and the shower was dirty again, they switched us yet again and the shower was also dirty, there was trash in the room, the linens were dirty and with a black light we saw disgusting stains. The couch was horrible as well. When we went to complain they said there was no other room they could switch us too, refused to call the manager until I raised my voice to complain. The front desk guy argued back with me - that’s not a great representation of the company! Finally he called the manager and were told to come back tomorrow. We had to find a new hotel room at midnight putting out out several hundred dollars more for a last minute stay. The next day I called to speak to a manager who was on her third day of the the job and she was very rude , did not apologize! Don’t worry, I’ll send corporate the photos as well! This ruined our vacation! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Everything was filthy! There was piles of dirt, spilled cereal throughout the front lobby area both days we were there. Hallways are filthy. Rooms are ok but have many issues with being old and unclean. Hot tub was not working. I would not stay there again.

The pool was closed for maintenance, and consequently also the fitness room because of uncontrolled pool access. Had to drive to nearby “sister” hotel to use their stuff.

We are staying in Bozeman mt and this is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room was filthy disgusting when we checked in on Thursday June 18th . We called the front desk she said sorry but I’ll pass it along to the manager tomorrow still haven’t heard anything from the manager. We requested our room get cleaned today and so clean towels. We were gone for 12 hours and nobody came and cleaned. Or keys get demagnetized everyday so every even we have to go back to the front desk to get new ones. The customer support in this hotel is nonexistent. Dirty nasty room. Hotel staff didn’t care at all. They were rude , they lied

Located close to Bozeman airport. Also like the night light/hair dryer combination. Didn’t have to leave the bathroom light on all night as a night light
