Room and facility were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, staff were great, good breakfast, but the pool, hot tub and laundry were all out of order. We could use those facilities at a sister hotel across the street, but that defeated the convenience of having them onsite. Didn’t end up using the pool and hot tub as we had planned because of that.

All great! Just what we needed.

We arrived on sunday. Got dressed to go to hot tub. Hot tub was broken. Got back to room and air was not working in room. We called expedia to cancel. Had a very hard time. We had to go out and get our own room. Very bad experience!

The property SEEMED clean and well maintained. Staff was fine. The only downside was our kids had a WEIRD reaction to something sprayed/ or on the couch. Redness, swelling, itching/burning, and irritation. It lasted about 30 minutes with contact. This is not a reaction we have had through our travels before. We avoided the areas after and had no issues.

Breakfast was poorly run. We stayed two days and on both days there were issues at breakfast. Items were empty and not being refilled. Juice dispenser for both orange and cranberry were empty, milk pitcher for cereal was empty, waffle batter dispenser was empty, coffee dispensers were empty. Breakfast area was not well maintained. Cereal on counter and on floor, water/juice on floor and staff didn’t bother to clean up. People stepping in cereal and it made a mess. I did speak to kitchen staff on both days and kindly made them aware of items needing attention. On one day, I stepped into the prep room and the gal was on her phone. Sounds like a bunch of complaining but this reviewer can deal with a lot and not be bothered. This staff seemed indifferent about service. My daughter stayed at the same hotel on this same weekend. Both the of us had issues on the second day with our key cards. They didn’t work to open the doors. Both sets they gave us didn’t work. I had two sets of our room and my daughter had two sets for their room. The front desk said we must’ve put our cards by our key FOBs or by our phone. We think they just assigned us the cards for the first night.

I know it’s not the staffs fault but the first night we stayed, the entire room was awakened at 2 am by the people upstairs. If you want to eat breakfast there, try to get downstairs early or most of the food will be gone. Other than what I mentioned above, it wasn’t too bad of a stay. We probably won’t stay in Bozeman next time though, it was too far of a drive to Yellowstone.

No soap in public restroom. Governor on room thermostat prohibits temperature setting of your choice. No vending on site and limited items available in unmanned desk store.

The staff was extremely friendly.

Pull out couch was comfy. Clean and comfortable room. Waffles were good!

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was in a great location— very close to the airport, which was nice. It would be nice if breakfast included a little more fruit-perhaps some melons and grapes. Other than that, we had no complaints. It was great to have tea, hot chocolate, and coffee accessible in the lobby anytime!

The staff was incredible, despite being light/shorthanded. The room size was really nice and it was easy to keep the room temperature comfortable, even with the record heat.

Hair and dirt on and in the beds. Hair in the sink, lots of it. Green mildew and dirt in the hot tub. And if that’s not enough, while the female staff members were all very nice, a desk clerk named Dustin was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast had relatively good selection but the eggs and sausages couldn’t be more cheap looking. Grey pasty sausage and premade shaped egg “patties.” I’m actually a really bubbly and friendly person. I’ve never left a review like this. But I travel a lot and this was a shocking diversion from what I’m used to in hospitality standards. So if I can spare someone else having this experience, I’m going to put it out there. Safe travels, friends!

The beds were dirty, the floors were dirty, one member of the staff was very unkind. He made us turn in dirty towels in order to get clean ones. I’ve never felt so guilty about asking for some new towels before. At first he flat out refused and then he said only if we give him used ones so he could know we aren’t stealing them. The manager was great and very apologetic for his behavior. The ladies that checked us in were great, too. Very friendly. But man, one bad staff member and the lack of cleanliness were enough to make us not come here again for our annual family get-together. We were all pretty disappointed.

This hotel is one of the cheapest in the area for a few reasons. They allow pets, and it was evident based on the stains and quality of the bedding. Clear dark smshadow/stains where animals would lay near the foot of the bed. Claw marks on comforters. The sofa bedding was ripped and the elastic was stretched thin. I was uncomfortable so I booked an extension at a Marriott hotel, (despite being nearly $100 more per night) instead of extending my stay at this one as I had originally planned.

This was an excellent spot for all the local amenities and Yellowstone area. Love it would stay again anytime

The hot tub was not working. The one morning, a tour bus group overwhelmed the breakfast and there was very little for anyone else, the next morning the breakfast staff didn’t show up and the front desk person, with broken leg had to fill in. That was not fair to that staff person.

Nice sized clean room. Good breakfast. Convenient parking.
