Very nice and I really enjoyed my stay!

Staff were great. I ended up riding with all their drivers and all were great. Easy check in and out. There was very limited breakfast options for my dietary limits. The water pressure in the shower on the 4th floor was too low. However the other accomodations (kitchen, TV, Power Outlets) were good and surpassed my needs. I really liked the handle in the shower - nice addition to the designs and finishes.

Comfortable bed. Coffee was pretty good. Breakfast had some fairly good options. Pool needed cleaning.

Excellent stay very clean

Room was spacious, pet friendly, staff was friendly It wasn’t run well. For example, breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 but at 6:35 it still wasn’t ready. (And 6:30 is too late for road travelers). Another example is I arrived at 3:30 and asked if I could check in early. My room wasn’t ready yet but they said they’d call me when it was. Check in time was 4 so when I didn’t get a call by 4:05, I went to the desk to see if it room was ready. It was they just never called me. There were other examples like this, small things that were not executed well.

Amazing staff and amenities.

Clean room. No smell. Very close to shops and restaurants. Costco close by helps a lot. Parking is safe and free.

It was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette was very useful. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The cleaning staff was particularly accommodating and conscientious.
