We were lucky to get a room with a nice view of the mountains, otherwise it would have been parking lot view. Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Loved the bathroom decor. Hotel was clean and quiet. Have no complaints at all, would definitely go back.

Room not clean.not give survivors every day,we ask 3/4 times then they did.

Shocked would be a good description on how I would rate this hotel. Ripped and stained drapes. Toilet paper holder barely hanging on the wall. Hallways throughout the hotel had stains in the carpets. Some of the furniture in the room was damaged. Multiple lamps with burnt out light bulbs. If they have a maintenance person he or she should be fired!

This hotel was clean but dated. Staff was present and helpful. This property is a safe clean place to stay for a layover before traveling to National Parks.

AC was not working in many rooms and we had to switch rooms twice

Met expectations... breakfast wasn't the greatest

Just breakfast

Great location and staff. Pool was closed - sadly. Breakfast was good.

That said, the rooms felt quite small and outdated and could definitely use a refresh. Overall, it’s a decent option for a one-night stay if you’re looking for a clean, convenient place to sleep, but don’t expect modern accommodations or much beyond the basics.

All good

Quiet room and the bed was very comfortable!

When I arrived at the property the first thing I noticed as I was walking down the hall was the stained carpet and how dirty the elevator floor was. When I arrived on my floor to walk to my room the carpets continue to be dirty and stained. My room at first appeared to be clean but then when I looked a little closer the dust and dirt along the edges of the floor looked like it had not been cleaned for months! The one bed looked fine but the other one looked as if someone had propped the pillows up and leaned up against them. I did not stay at the hotel I asked for a refund which they denied me and I also reached out to Expedia that I booked my room's through and they tried to reach out to the hotel but was unsuccessful. I have never seen such an unkept hotel or such a dirty hotel!

Where to begin… $300 a night.. pool closed for renovations, not listed anywhere. Checked into room, cracks in ceiling and chipped and missing tiles in bathroom. After showering a HORRIBLE smell from bathroom filled the room, when staff was informed in person(after not answering text and having a broken phone to call front desk) they were “aware” and offered air fresheners and nothing more. AC was old and hardly worked. Biofilm from previous occupants left on desk, whole room needed to be wiped down before we could feel somewhat “comfortable” sitting luggage down. Highly disappointing stay at an extremely overpriced hotel. Wouldn’t recommend not stay at another Marriott for these glaring issues.

Our room 225 had a very noisy air conditioner fan outside on the ground and it mad excess noise and the bed vibrated from the noise impact

The drains were slow and I informed the front desk and nothing was done. The pool was out for 5 days for maintenance. Never cleaned our room the entire trip
