The hotel overall and the room were good, but the restaurant was very poor. There was no coffee, the waffle batter was empty, there was no hot food in the steamer tray. The OJ dispenser was empty. There was one girl working and she was covering the front desk and the breakfast room. We were very disappointed after the night before was good and the hotel was fine. We stayed on Sunday July 5, 2026.

Supplies (spoons, bowls) had to be asked for as they ran out. No bread products one day, spills were not wiped up. Neither hot tub nor pool were operational. Hallway carpet was quite worn and dirty. Evening check in person, Frederick, was wonderful in trying to accommodate our needs. Give him a raise!

Nice location, clean room, friendly staff, good variety for breakfast. The king size bed was a little soft for our liking but otherwise very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were not operational. Then the next morning coffee and breakfast was not ready due to staff not showing up for work. Bathrooms was not very clean either as toilet and shower both seemed like they were not cleaned.

There is quite an opportunity to improve on cleanliness and breakfast quality

The staff were very helpful. Just understaffed which showed in the cleanliness off the hallways, elevator and reception area.

The room was dirty, curtains were torn. Hot tub and pool out of service, and coffee was sparse and no cream for coffee. See above.

Nice location for interstate travel Sink didn’t drain. Mold in bathroom. Coffee is terrible. Breakfast area dirty. Food not being.

Did not stay here. Cancellation was issued and Booking.com should be sending refund. Hotel sent notice of refund. Dirty lobby, dirty bathroom! That’s all I experienced. Lobby desk personnel was nice and cooperative.

The property location was great by or access to the main hwy. The property was extremely short staffed. Upon arrival to our room we had no toilet paper and the morning breakfast that was included was not available. The coffee station had coffee but no cups. As a family we really only look for clean, quiet hotels and outside of that our expectations are not high. But when booking a hotel that states breakfast included for ease of access to food while traveling it is disappointing when that is not available.

Breakfast was unacceptable, no coffee cups, creamer was out, low on all eating supplies, no fruit except some very old cuties that didn’t look safe, very little bread or rolls, juice that didn’t taste good

It was easy to get to. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the container of shampoo was empty.

Good breakfast (free), also plenty space to park in front of the hotel. Big room and comfy beds. Hotel seems to be kind of new. It is a good option to stay near the airport Laundry facilities did not have soap available

Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel - cleanliness, breakfast, amenities.

Great li action with gorgeous views. Bed was super comfy! Breakfast area needed refreshed and cleaned. Not a lot of options for late morning goers.

location was close to family we were visiting, parking was ample, hotel was busy but was quiet several things we experienced when we arrived to our room-one of the shear curtains had a big rip and the other half was missing, the AC vent was pulled up when we got to the room and when I pulled it out the vents were both solid packed with lint. There was a wash cloth on top of the light fixture in the bathroom, no tray for the in room coffee pot so had to ask for one. On our second night returning to our room, our key did not work. Maid service was supposed to be e 3 days (we stayed for 5) but we never got any maid service so on the last night we had to ask for bath towels, wash cloths etc. The shampoo ran out on the 4th day. At breakfast on our last day there was no creamer for the coffee set out, Because we had already checked out I used the women's rest room in the hotel and there were no paper towels; per my husband there was no TP or paper towels. The staff needs to care more about their facility and guests! We have family who live in Bozeman so we visit regularly, but likely will not stay here again.
