We stayed at four different hotels in the last two weeks. We found all of them to not be up to par. This hotel was the best, but there were still issues. They all needed upkeep care. They just were not “spic and span” like you would expect. Our carpet in our room had many stains. Our coffee pot did not have the basket to put the coffee in, so we couldn’t make coffee. The back of the bathroom door had been badly damaged, and it looked like they took wood putty and smeared it over the damage, but did not sand it down smooth. It was all bumpy. Then they painted over it, and the paint on the door was peeling on the bottom. There were places around the tub that looked like mold was starting to grow, and the tile really needed to be regrouted or replaced. There were chips on furniture, and we had to ask to get hand towels because there were none in the room. The breakfast was not very interesting- I only had a cup of coffee the second day. We asked to stay a second day, and we paid $250+ for that night. We certainly did not feel the room was worth that

The staff was very friendly, at least the dayshift. The guy at nightshift looked like he didn't wanted to be there 😂. The room wasn't terrible but it needs work. The bathroom extraction fan made the bathroom stink so we had to turn it off to make the bathroom not to stink.

The property was in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The complimentary breakfast suprisingly good. Even though the hotel was under construction it did not affect our stay. I would loved to sit by the fire pit and stare at the Bridger Mountains but it was under construction. Overall experience was it was great for our family as we were out visiting the National Parks and sites we felt very comfortable and safe there.

Friendly and clean Breakfast was poor

The staff was friendly The pool was unavailable at the beginning of our stay because a swim class was occupying it. That evening when we went to the pool, the spa was not working and dirty. The next day the pool and spa were closed. We chose this hotel for the pool, so it was frustrating not to get good use. The breakfast area was dirty. The outside seating was filthy.

Horrible customer service, specifically Makenna was rude in person and over the phone. Had a door that didn’t close correctly and she didn’t believe us and pods for that coffee maker in the room were the wrong size and she was very rude each time we spoke to her.

Need front desk staff who don’t hate their job in customer service. Makenna was not nice multiple times, if she doesn’t want to have to talk to people, don’t work in customer service!

Location Stains on carpet. Broken windows treatment.

Staff was very nice and friendly. I loved the views from my room window, location was good. Beds were comfy, room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was meh, I really wasn't impressed. I was upset that construction was going on outside and it was never mentioned on booking! The whole point of booking this hotel was the outside seating with fire pit. The halls and elevator looked disgusting and dirty.

Had to speak with the front desk three times before they finally got housekeeping to clean the room (our final day there no less). Had to take out our own trash and ask for extra towels and toilet paper after the room ran out.

A very plaisant stay on...

We loved the comfortable beds and the large room. Check-in was very quick and easy.
