Room was on 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. 2 of the lamps in the room didn’t work. The young lady at the desk had been here 2 weeks and had no idea what to do. She was nice, just not well trained.

Clean, good bed, bedding and linens. Great location. Nice, Helpful staff No towel bars in bathroom. Breakfast area a bit messy, chafing dish sliding all over the counter, garbage bins unsightly- outdoor trash bins with lids ripped off - and overflowing with an hour of service time left. Maybe need more staff??

The view of the mountains was beautiful and they had a nice breakfast spread.

Very nice room. You had to go through OutBacks parking lot to access the motel.

Most of the staff was amazingly nice When I first called after booking the hotel, the gal on the phone was a bit rude. Had a lot of questions since this was my first time booking a hotel all by myself. Got snotty when I asked her about the check in time to if my card came through. She said "you can check in anytime you want and it wouldn't matter the time" in a snotty tone. But on my app it said something else on 2 different things so I tried to ask her and she continued being snotty. Shower was loose, no kleenex, carpet looked dirty like stain wise. While taking a shower the water could easily get on the floor. Definitely fall risk for clumsy people or elderly. When ya looked out of the window, on the side it looked dirty.

Carpet was badly stained and looked unsanitary. Sheets were badly stained and kind of gross. Had them deliver clean sheets. Corrosion in tub area.

Location, great breakfast Bathroom could have been cleaner.

the location was good. The front desk clerk was very nice. unfortunately that was the end of the good experience. while the exterior is under construction the money should FIRST be applied indoors. The rooms are in very poor condition and there is NO excuse to cover the mattresses with PLASTIC covers which makes a most uncomfortable HOT experience, and the sheets pull off the plastic overnight, and you find yourself sleeping on top of plastic in the middle of the night.!! Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had in the US while traveling and I travel A LOT. While the desk person was very pleasant, nothing will make up for a room worn with age and dirt and deplorable bedding. The CEO of Raddison should come and stay at their hotels and then make quick improvements before the reputation is shot. I am a former hotel owner of a boutique hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the bedding and towels was always our first focus, before anything else. A nice facade will not hide a crappy room.

Great price and location right in middle from airport and downtown. Breakfast was good as well. The luggage carrier needs new wheels.

Breakfast was just ok. Night staff person was high as a kite and many areas of our room were not clean.

Location was good. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Corners of the floor had not been cleaned in a long time. Mold spots in the shower grout and strands of hair on the shower walls.
