I originally booked this hotel simply to store my electric scooter while I attended a race at the nearby track. Unfortunately, the racing event was canceled, so I ended up having to spend the night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the pool was actually the highlight of the stay—it was clean, warm, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The exterior of the property was in terrible condition and gave a very poor first impression. While the room itself was tolerable at first glance, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The bathtub was dirty, the front door had dried spit splattered all over it, and the refrigerator appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. To make matters even worse, there were cockroaches in the room. And there was dried smeared blood on the door and blood droplets on the floor. I don't mind roughing it for a night when I'm traveling alone, but my employee and friend decided to join me so we could relax and enjoy the pool together. I was honestly embarrassed that this was the condition of the room. The staff was wonderful, but that was the only positive part of the experience. I would strongly recommend staying next door or choosing a completely different hotel. I will never stay here again.

Dirty bedroom, only two towels and only one bed had blanket the other is only flat sheet seemed like a hotel for indigents.

Terrible, no me volvería a reservar ni aunque me lo regalen, lleno de cucarachas, ventanas rotas, baños asquerosamente sucios, las luces del cuarto ni siquiera prendían, las piscina sucia y el agua color verde, tan pronto vi las condiciones del lugar opté por cancelar mi reservación y ni siquiera me devolvieron mi dinero

Bad experience bad experience

This is an old hotel that needs a lot of cleaning, both inside the rooms and around the property. It is definitely not a family-friendly hotel. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building.

The worst experience of my life. When I arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available because they had oversold them. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and I had to drive three hours away; this place is disgusting.

This was so sketchy we didn’t even stay. Checked in and checked out within 5 minutes.

My room was bug-infested; hardly any water came out of the sink faucet; there was no lamp; the deadbolt would not close; in five nights, no room service (toilet paper, change of towels, emptying trash) was offered or provided. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast room was not clean. I would never return.

Was not as described in booking! No King size bed, no TV in second bedroom, no amenities in the bathroom, only one hook in bathroom for hanging cloths, live bugs in drawer in kitchen,I have a video! There was a plate of food left in stove oven that looked like fish but had green mold on it!!!!!! In my opinion this room never should have been ready for renting out and I would definitely like a refund for the room or a big discount! The manager and maintenance person have both been informed of the situation and said I had to go through Booking .com or whoever the third party I booked from, Hotels.com to receive any reimbursement for this so called Hotel!!!!!!!

2nd floor room, not their fault, but I'm old and stairs don't agree with me.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who checked us in was pleasant, but everything went downhill after that. The property itself appeared poorly maintained. The pool was green and looked unclean, the staircases and hallways desperately needed pressure washing, and there were air conditioning units leaking water into the hallways. The room was in unacceptable condition. When we first turned on the faucet, dirty-looking water came out. The carpet was stained and dirty, the room had a strong unpleasant odor, and even the supposedly clean white sheets appeared dirty. We also found roaches in the room, which was extremely concerning. The microwave and mini fridge smelled bad and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The advertised “free breakfast” was also very underwhelming. Rather than a dedicated breakfast area, it was set up in a small corner of the lobby right next to the check-in desk, with very limited options. Overall, the condition of both the property and the room fell far below expectations. Between the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, pests, and disappointing amenities, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others until significant improvements ar
