The staff in from desk was great, her nickname is Chica

The staff overall is always great and the front desk staff of sara,Charles, Melissa,and chica are amazing.The housekeeper is very mean and aggressive.She was told by Melissa that I was getting a late check out yet she came banging on my door twice when she was told I had a late checkout.I understand that her English is not well but there's no reason for her to do that when she knew I had a late checkout.Other than that it was a great stay as always

Nice place

Rough place, definitely doesn’t deserve a “very good” rating. Drugie in the lobby, non working bathroom sink, no soap anywhere to be found. Would not stay here again.

My stay was amazing as always because Ashley and her staff of Sara,Melissa,and Charles go out of their way to make you feel at home so that your stay is always a pleasant experience. I would recommend this staff 10 out of 10 times due to their friendly and professional hospitality.

Great except no pots or pans in kitchen

Everything was great

Great location and price reward! Just off the I-75 and close to everything, from several fast-food restaurants around the property to a Walmart and Publix across the street. Only 30 minutes away from the best beaches of Anna Maria Island. This is the perfect spot for a beach gateway.

Long term work. Good place to stay

This was literally the best staff experience we have received. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again if we are in this area.

Type of people has really brought down the value of the hotel

When we arrived at the motel, there were two police cars outside, the motel itself was smelly and cheaply made over. We checked in and after three hours we had checked out. There is a reason that the hotel cost was under $100 per night. There were several people who may be uncomfortable as well.

The staff was great as always so it was a delightful experience

Ashley does a great job with her staff and they are amongst the best I’ve ever encountered.Sara,Melissa,and Charles do a great job of making everyone feel welcome for the entirety of their stay.

The staff here are by far the best staff I’ve encountered.they make sure that you’re comfortable and always go the extra mile to make sure that you’re safe and in a great environment while you’re there.Sara,Melissa,and,and Charles do their job and they do it extremely well.

TV didn't work. Switched rooms and it was not cleaned from the previous customer. 3rd room okay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the Melissa Sara,and Charles are excellent staff so they make you feel comfortable so I’ll definitely be coming back

The bath room had not soap at the sink or soap/shampoo in the shower. I checked in late and did not discover this until 6:00 am on awakening and getting ready to leave. A call to the front desk revealed that had no supplies available until 9:00 am when housekeeping cam to work. Poor housekeeping if they can't check the rooms properly

However, recently, the atmosphere has changed drastically. It now seems more chaotic, almost like a circus, due to the types of people staying there. This shift has been quite disappointing. Unfortunately, if this trend continues, I fear the hotel will soon be viewed more like a motel rather than the place I initially appreciated.
