I would like to give a special thanks to the front desk staff.Sara was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was excellent.She was extremely helpful and I will definitely stay at this property again simply because of the way I was treated by Sara.

I really enjoyed my very brief stay! Room was nice and cold perfect for a goodnight rest and it was very clean only drawback was the poor water pressure coming from the shower.

The staff there was excellent. On our last day, we needed a late checkout and they were very happy to oblige. The place is nearly brand new. Everything is in good shape.

Hotel was very clean and rooms are huge. I travel to this area weekly for work and have been looking for a decent place to stay. I will be booking here regularly.

Everything was great people were friendly and helpful. A pool would have been perfect.

As much as the staff was friendly and accommodating, I would not book again due to the building conditions.

The hotel is still fairly new. There were no garbage cans in the room and the ice maker was out of service for the whole hotel. Their toilets did not flush well and there was a dead roach in the toilet when we checked in. I reserved a King Size bed but what I received was a full size bed. The lady at the front desk was very nice but the night girl was not.

Very clean, has washers and dryers, and a nice little kitchenette in the rooms. Great for an extended stay (we stayed for a week). No complaints!

Initially given a room that someone was living in, got a new room with a smaller bed and the door wouldn’t lock properly. It’s a new property and definitely still ironing the kinks out.

Clean and quiet.... that's what I like....

Shower had hair in it when we arrived and was clearly dirty. Sheets were never changed when we stayed six days. Staff were not happy and we heard one threaten to quit. Nothing works.

The hotel is new, there was no trashcan in the room. I told the person at the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the hot water in the bathroom sink did not work. I told the attendant about this as well. Need to finish the rooms and make sure the hot water works in the bathroom sink and get a trashcan otherwise it could stay.

Quite a few things not done right or not working.

When we arrived at the property, several people in front of were being told they had no rooms despite having reservations. We thought we were luckier as my wife and were told we had a room, though it was a single bed and not two beds as we had reserved. The clerk blamed the problem on the hotel being brand new and not quite ready for opening and, inexplicably, on the maids for not speaking English. When we went to our room we found that the air conditioner did not work (it was 95 degrees outside) and when we checked with front desk she said we had the only room left, but she would call maintenance. We never heard back. We also discovered that there was no remote for the tv, and that the shower only went from hot to warm (making it hard to use it to cool off), there was very little water pressure, and that the faucet handle came off if you pulled on it. Also the shower floor was flush with the bathroom floor and water poured onto the bathroom floor and flowed out into the room. Finally, the room was very loud. We could easily hear people talking in the lobby even though we were several doors down the hallway.

Nice staff and good location!!

Want to extend my stay but they were booked funny the parking lot was empty

It’s a brand new hotel and everything is still new inside.

Still in construction, elevator no work, shower with a little water and high grass around the building with a lot mosquitos. 😡
