Motel 6 Bradenton, FL

Lobby was waiting in 20 minutes no one there. Then a lady came said that property flooding inside a lot of rooms. No room avaible fro me. She cancelled my booking with no thing apologized. Then until now I not get any refund money to my credit card account that I paid when I book. I know sometime get accidently about property BUT the way they were resolve to me non-acceptable

I called Motel 6 customer service to file a complaint and I was told property would call me back within 5 days and get an email and it's been over a week and have not gotten either.

The bad part: outside of the motel was dirty. Bathroom and shower tub dirty with stains. Room walls were dirty, needed paint. The floor was dirty. Air vent super dusty and dirty. Bugs were in the shower. Nasty.

Nextdoor ppl made me think twice before staying there ag8n

The room was too small for two beds crammed against the walls with room between for only one person to get into and out of bed. Very inconvenient for two elderly people. We have paid the same price for much better stays in other Motel6’s.

The worst. When we walked in our room it smelled like wet dog. Toilet overflowing due to a water bottle stuck in the toilet. Key card wouldn’t work after going downstairs to get it reactivated THREE TIMES!!! Door was jammed and barely shut!! Light bulbs were out. We had to use the light from the restroom!! Just horrible!

Comfortable and quiet and room number 222 was the best room that we were in Yeah, but it didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave due to the price of the hotel room No breakfast coffee only Not enough what we are been used to due to the price

I've stayed here a lot over the years. I have to say how much improvement has been made to the property. Pool could still use some work but overall it felt safer and the room I had was a bit cramped with 2 beds but I was there only to sleep and move on the next morning. Yes, I can pick apart every hotel but I won't since there has been so much improvement. Staff from the night person that checked me in (didn't catch her name) to the the staff lady I checked out with. Both super friendly and that's rare.
