Clean rooms and friendly staff

Tim, at the front desk, was exceptional in customer service during check-in. He thoroughly explained the necessities for my stay in a very courteous way. I would not hesitate to book another stay at this hotel. It was clean, well maintained and offered numerous amenities.

We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay! 😊

Amazing stay . Parents were very happy.

I used it for a quick getaway and it had everything that I needed. Rooms was nice. Also had a nice restaurant and bar.

The hotel is very clean, gr8 breakfast , staff is wonderful especially Caroline at front desk & location is close to everything.

It’s nice and new building I don’t like the sum of the stuff they were there. They’re so rude and unprofessional They passed the frustration because they don’t have enough workers to the customers They did very good job on advertising the restaurant and bar there they pull you in and when you went to get something to eat or drink, they don’t have enough stuff working in there. One person was doing the bar and cooking and serving people at the same time. After waiting for her 20 minutes to place the order she told me they didn’t have one of the items on the menu. I call my wife and ask what else she can have and she pick another item and again after waiting 20 minutes, she told me that she doesn’t have that either. When I ask her, can you please tell me what items you don’t have on the menu so to save to go back-and-forth and every time wait 20 minutes for her to show up I can pick something that she have on the menu she told me that if I don’t like it, take your family and go to chipotle they’re open till 12:30. After I saw a lot of customers right there they’re frustrated. I just turned around and go away. I think the management need to do something about that because of the busy night of Saturday when the hotel it’s full of the customers they don’t have enough stuff to work on that station. It’s better to close the bar in the kitchen so they will run into last trouble. She can say that she’s sorry, and she cannot handle it all that stuff by herself, and I will understand that, but she cannot yell at me and tell me what I need to do and that I’m not the owner of the hotel so that she has to answer my question

Perfecto stay clean beautiful room

Everything was great except the absence of a microwave. All the other Hyatt Hotels I’ve stayed in had one.

Looking for more for the price that was charged

The service personnel were excellent and very helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and the beds were good! An excellent complimentary breakfast!! Many restaurants to choose from near the hotel. We will definitely go back!!

Was a very nice hotel. Clean. Good room. Nice shower. The staff was nice and helpful. The renovations were not in the way at all. The breakfast buffet was bad. That could use some work or just stop it. Has a bar on site and other food. Overall a nice place

Tim at the front desk was great. Renovations underway but minimal inconvenience if any. Room was spacious and clean.
