Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and super polite. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Lots of options and tasty.

The room was kind of dingy, carpet was not very clean. Breakfast was good.

All was ok very nice hotel they are remodeling so some noise.

We checked in midnight with 3room. One room had a dead cockroach at the bed sheet. Hotel was fully booked with no maintenance in the evening. We have to clean the bug by ourselves and switch the room in between 7 people due to one of the bed we can’t sleep on. After discussing with the front desk, they were not offering any compensation at the beginning until we ask for waivers of that one room. Next day morning at 8am, renovations nosies wake all of us up, I have never see any hotel that welcome customer while they have renovations in the building. Normally they will avoids to book customer rooms closer to the working areas. This is very disturbing and disappointing. Spoke to front desk, seems like a general manager, bad attitude regard to the noise issue, did not even try to stop the noise. I mean most of the people are checking out at 11:00 to 12:00. Do they really have to schedule renovations to disturb customer in the morning? Not coming back and not recommending. Spoke to my bank to dispute.

Staff and location are great! Disappointed they did not let us know before booking about construction coming up. We got an email after however it was too late to cancel or change hotels. So staying with a newborn was very rough as the baby kept waking up do to the noise. Besides that it was great.

There was an issue checking in . We reserved 2 rooms under 1 reservation . The staff said we only had 1 room. I showed her my Expedia hotel confirmation , and they wouldn’t help me and told me to take it up with Expedia . I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia working it out . It was not what I needed after driving for 12 hours. The hotel was beautiful though .

Everything about the hotel was great, the only issue i had was that the room we were offered was not the room we paid for. We booked a room that included two queen beds and a pull out sofa. We booked for 5 guests, what we were offered when we arrived was a king bed and a queen pullout sofa (pullout was more like a full). The staff at the front desk was very apologetic, but kept blaming hotels.com for the error. Its almost midnight and the only remedy would have been for a refund and gamble with finding another suitable hotel. We decided to take the room. The room was very clean and shower / bathroom was huge and rather modern. My issue was with the booking error and no offer for discount or even partial refund. The night was definitely not comfortable with the crowded beds. Hotels.com and or the hotel should definitely credit me back some of my payment. My bet is that they do nothing. Knowing this assures me that I will not stay at this hotel location again and if it happens again I will probably not use hotels.com again. The comfort of my family is my priority when traveling. This hotel stay did not provide that. This time I did not get my money's worth. I recommend calling the hotel after you book to make sure the room you paid for actually exists. If you get the room you booked, you will love it here. Its just that half of the hotel experience is how well you sleep.they also said we were not the only guest today that this happened to.

Checking was quick and easy. Tim (desk manager) was so great. He was professional, polite and provided useful information for my stay. My room, was clean, spacious and wonderfully air conditioned. The breakfast buffet was delicious, seating outdoors and near the pool made it extra enjoyable.

Loved it, clean sizable room w coffee, hair dryer and great shower. Great breakfast and entire staff aimed to please. We would highly recommend!

Hotel being renovated and stayed in one of the new rooms. Nice and clean and carpet free. Breakfast was very good compared to other similar hotels. Helpful staff. Need to improve the gym and add a cable station and another bike and please make the temperature in the gym cooler. It was an oven

Breakfast was delicious!

Stayed 2 nights because my sister was having surgery at the hospital close by. We got a message saying there would be construction going on during our stay. I messaged them back saying we needed a quite room for my sister to rest and heal before our drive back. They gave us a room on the 1st floor and we did not hear a peep. We saw some of the construction workers but never heard any noise from them. The room was large and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was good. We saw a lot of wildlife around the pond out back including a baby gator. The pool and gym looked nice but did not get a chance to use it. We would definitely stay there again but hopefully we won't have to again.

So they change my room as per my request.
