Nice facility but they don’t back the decisions made by their employees. I had to leave early, spoke to the person at the front desk and was assured I wouldn’t have a problem. Chatted with an agent from hotels.com as well and followed their instructions. Only to find out everyone has developed amnesia and denied my request for an early checkout refund. I would understand their decision had I not verified with both parties before checking out… to make sure I didn’t have a problem. So much for doing my due diligence. I will not stay at a Hilton property nor use Hotels.com moving forward.

Good experience. Would recommend to anyone needing a good place to stay in that area. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The property was as it should be, but the particular thing that really made it special was every single member of the staff from the cleaning crew to the kitchen crew to the front desk everybody working there is a true professional, and for somebody who badly needed a little vacation, this was absolutely perfect. the hotel is inside of a plaza with great restaurants and a grocery store as well as Total Wine and More. $6 is too much for a budweiser bottle

The absolute fact that they got things for my daughter for her birthday was the sweetest thing they have ever done. I will 100% stay here again
