When we checked in our first night. When we opened our room, it was smell so bad. It smells mildew and pooped combine. Other than it was a very quiet floor.

I enjoy IHG hotels and always book with them. Sarasota has a ton of options for stays while I am there for business. I prefer this hotel!

I was here in May for a few days. The hotel no longer has a coffee bar at breakfast and does not give you bottled water for the room. Will probably stay elsewhere next visit.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always kind and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. I did have a couple issues come up. The walls are thin and the halls and rooms were quite noisy at night. I also tried to use the hot tub and pool during my stay, but the hot tub was broken and had trash floating in it and the pool had not been cleaned in quite some time. The gym facilities were great though.
