Nice, clean and located close to the strip and many unique shopping places.

Staff is great, had a room with beds that were not very clean but 2nd room was great. They responded right away with clean bedding. They could use some better mattresses and frames. Overall it was ok, good breakfast.
-
The front desk was friendly. Rooms and beds were quite comfortable even though they use small pillows. The shower pressure/head was painful - they just need to change shower heads, and it should be good. Breakfast doesn’t have a large selection, but what they did have was really good. Hot biscuits, sausage, gravy, and eggs were kept well stocked throughout the morning. Made a great start to the day and added a lot of value to the stay.

Was very pleasant to stay at for the price.

Room was clean. It is an older facility and it smelled old. Great water pressure! Outside of building needs cleaned badly. Rooms appear to be remodeled not too long ago but the outside has been neglected. A few days with a power washer would pay off in a big way. Outside stairways, walls and walking surfaces are just dirty. Breakfast was OK. It is a lower price motel so you do get what you pay for. We had to cut our stay short a day but hotels.com worked with the place to get our last night refunded. All in all not bad but will look elsewhere to stay in the future.

Great stay, would stay here again.

We only had a small pillow per person asked for extras but was told we had to get them from house keeping & they weren't there. Bathroom door knob fell off. Our outside light flickered off and on all night.

Room was clean & nice, only real complaint I really have there was no place to set my suitcase except on the floor, front desk staff was very nice and helpful, overall it is a nice place to stay, the beds are very comfortable and we love the pillows! We always stay there when we are in Branson!

Wonderful experience

The room was clean. The bathroom needed to be deep cleaned. It smelled like someone pooped in there and it hadn’t been cleaned well. It had the walk in shower which I need so i am assuming that’s where the smell was coming from. I bought Lysol spray and it didn’t help. Breakfast was the normal breakfast at other hotel but I do say the eggs at this motel was the best. All in all I would stay here again.

I likely wouldn't stay here again. baseboards were filthy. Baseboards were dirty, tub faucet dripped non-stop, plug- ins by the sink were very loose so it was hard to keep hair appliances powered on, & door to the room allowed for a lot light & air to leak in around the jamb causing it to be hard to keep cool. Had to set the AC at 65 just to be comfortable.

Clean room with plenty of hot water & good water pressure. Excellent hot breakfast. Overall a great value!

It was nice, clean and renovated place to stay for a few nights! Only thing that I thought could use improvement was the breakfast. We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast seems to be the exact same everyday. The breakfast room was small and crowded, but the food was good and they offered additional seating.

Was clean. Nothing fancy. Definitely the right place to stay if you don't plan on being in your room other than sleeping or cooling off in the pool during the evening. All the rooms are exterior doors but the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. Definitely your best bang for your buck compared to others we've stayed at.

- Loved the location. - Loved the price. - NO issues with bugs. - Water pressure is on point. - Fresh paint and simple modifications have it looking more updated. CONS - - We stayed in the very back building, on the other side of the pool. Our room was right beside the pool, so the evenings until 10pm were filled with screaming kids (and sometimes adults). - When you closed our door, you could see daylight, so im sure that helped with the noise and the smells (smoke) of those passing by entering our room. - The room smelled musky. - The bed and pillows are pretty bad - in comfort and the pillows smell. We went to Target and bought pillows for our stay. The beds really should have been replaced with the remodel. - First hotel I've stayed at in a while without a smart TV. Cable was limited for our taste. Good thing we wasn't at the hotel much. We never tried the breakfast, laundry, or the pool. The pool was heavily used by other guests though. (Too many people for my liking - ha!) We would stay here again. I'd ask for a different room location though.

Uniforms for your employees or a dress code would really improve the professional appearance of the entire hotel.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

We have visited Branson many times over the years and have stayed at Angel Inn a number of those times and it never disappoints. On this visit we were immediately impressed with the recent renovations they have done, including our room which was updated and modern. Every associate we encountered was both friendly and professional. It’s very convenient to shopping, restaurants and shows and in a very safe area. We highly recommend staying here for everyone.

I did not like this hotel. The property is old and did not feel safe. We could hear loud music late night and there was an adjoining door to the room next to us. The occupants partied into the night and you could hear actual conversations. I was up all night worrying about someone breaking in. The desk clerk Megan was super rude. They had not provided enough towels for the 3 of us and she was rude when I asked for more. We left a day early to avoid another restless night. I chose this place based on the ratings. Big mistake! Don’t always trust the reviews.
