My family and I have been staying here for years and since they renovated the rooms its much nicer. The only problem I had on my most recent stay was one of the queen beds had a large indention and squeaked very loud when turning over. Other then that the stay was perfect.

The handicapped room was big and the shower was a walking and really nice The outside needs spruced up and beds for handicapped rooms should be a bit shorter. The ice machine really needs cleaned and kept by the office. The office personnel who worked the breakfast needs to be retrained. All the food brought out on September 29 was old, dried out and cold. It was Monday’s leftovers. We were so happy on Monday all food was great! We did not even bother going Wednesday before leaving because of Tuesdays offerings. The breakfast was one of the biggest reasons we booked your hotel. If we come back to Branson was want breakfast at our hotel, sadly we won’t book your hotel. Everything else was pretty good.

The hotel was supposed to be remodeled. I found a a decent sized stain on the wall. There was a few stains on the duvet and in the bathroom along the baseboards were discolored and there was a big hair on it. Also the front door to the room had rust spots through the door. Not all the way through but I could put my finger in.

-shower and water pressure was nice and strong -provided enough towels for your stays Cons: No smart TV just a regular tv -There were dead roaches around the coffee machine and walls -Old blood stains on shower curtain -Old blood stains on walls on lower floor -Pubic hair that was left on the side of the bathtub -Mattress bed and pillows was very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs as your turn -No carpet but plain hard floors that was very dirty. You can see and feel it was not clean at all. AC runs perfect and maintains at the temp you set it on. However, the electricity went out the next day for no reason, and they did not even dare to check up on you or anything.

Everyone enjoyed our stay,will definitely stay there again In future. Absolutely no complaints

Easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable room

The property would categorized as "tired" in commercial real estate. The door had gaps all around it that let in light & bugs. They failed to turn the air conditioner on prior to my arrival and failed to pull the black out curtains closed and at 95+ degrees each day, it made my room a sauna. The sign out front said "newly renovated". They sure didn't renovate Room 165! There were areas of paint missing on the blue walls, one wall looked like someone tried to cut a piece out, the baseboards were stained & dirty, there was hunks of excess caulking along wall seams, & a piece of the wood flooring had come up/torn loose and was a bad "toe stubber" in the dark when returning from the restroom. The door knob was obviously a used part but that wasn't the issue, what ever was on the knob that made it both sticky & slimy was who only knows! I took a wash cloth and washed the knob with the hottest water I could get and then I proceeded to wash my hand 3 times because I had no idea what had been left behind on that knob! (The cleaning crew must have still had gloves on when they left that room!) Next the refrigerator. It was buzzing so loud you couldn't hear the TV. I called the front desk 3 times but never got called back so I walked down. I was told no one was there until morning so we piled everything with any weight to it on top of it and got it somewhat quieter until morning. TURN THE TEMP DOWN ON THE HOT WATER, IT IS SCALDING HOT & IT BURNS THE SKIN! Breakfast was just OK.

This is a great hotel to stay in. The lobby ladies were great and very informative

Not the cleanest, outside the property had small trash. Room was a bit torn up and a glop of hair. Among a few other small things. The power went out, which wasn’t their fault. The neighboring hotels did as well. It’s convenient, the staff is always friendly.

Breakfast was great...

Room size good and room was clean. It was very quiet. Hot water good. The mattress was worn out. It was terrible. Breakfast was okay. Yogurt and fresh fruit was the only thing they didn't have. Didn't keep breakfast area clean.
