Angel Inn Near IMAX, a Travelodge by Wyndham

The breakfast area was not very clean. We even saw water being added to the gravy for the biscuits and gravy to thin it out, and the staff preparing and handling the food were not wearing gloves. Our room was in poor condition. The walls were scuffed and badly marked, the toilet seat was broken, and the beds slid around on the floor, which was especially dangerous with our kids. The room clearly needs maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. The pool was dirty throughout our stay, and we were told to use our room towels because there were no pool towels available. The pool area also smelled bad because the large dumpsters were located right next to it. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, lacked cleanliness, and the service was unacceptable. We would not stay here again.

We stay here all the time on our trips to Branson, clean, quite, convenient, and the staff is the best.

The room was clean. The breakfast was okay but not great. I had requested 2 rooms next to each other because I had older teenagers but they put my 2 rooms on opposite sides of the building. I was upset about that. Overall it was good but not great.

So currently I have been home for almost 2 weeks and have yet to receive anything! Completely unacceptable that management didn't call me directly and that we didn't receive our money back after their stuff left our door open the entire day! With all of our belongings inside!

They says it’s been newly renovated. And the floors and new pant look great. The room was a decent size. The lighting was a bit dark. While the room looked clean the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The wall patch job in the bathroom looks like a five year old did it. The couch was hard as a board. The bed was ok. The only lighting over the sink was a lighted mirror which is not adequate to see well enough to do anything. The safety latch was broken. The ac by night two sounded like it would go out at any moment. But it did keep the room cool. The shower itself was probably the best feature. Hot water was plenty and pressure was awesome. The breakfast was lacking. Not sure who put it was great but the sausage and biscuits were not fully cooked and the pan of eggs was half full of water. The counters were covered in spilled food and no one was round to clean it up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And while it was the holiday weekend you could watch several fire work displays in the parking lot which was awesome. But they let people set off fireworks in the parking lot all night. And they left their firework trash behind. The hotel next door not sure if it’s a long term hotel but there were several cars being worked on in the lot.

The room we were in never cooled down. The coolest it ever got was 74 in the morning, and by the evening it was 84-86 in the room. The little air conditioner just didn’t cool the room enough. Outside temperature was low 90s so setting a thermostat to 60 should have kept it cooler than 70’s and 80’s. It was hard to sleep with it that hot in the room. The breakfast was good, but there was only one small food bar and two waffle makers to accommodate several buildings worth of guests. They had two breakfast areas, but you had to walk to the other room through the lobby to get your food and the wait was very long! It would better serve guests with another bar and waffle makers the other breakfast eating area as well.

The property seemed to be newly renovated. They provided a decent breakfast. Good location for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Check-in took a little longer because no one was at the desk, however, they did have a sign up saying they were off helping a guest. My only complaint would be that the room did have a little bit of a smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room. With all that said, it was fine for the one night I stayed.

The location was near everything but not right in the center of all the chaos. Laundry room was very unkempt. The room needed cleaning. The ceiling tiles need fixing and it was hot and uncomfortable to be in there. But at least the machines worked.
