Was extremely dirty and they did not replace the bedsheets on one of the beds just put a cover back over it had black dog hair and dirty footprints all over the sheets from a dog and the moment we walked into the room, the dog odor was extremely strong. I have gone to a lot of hotels in my life and this was the dirtiest stinkiest one I have ever been in and they do not care if you have a do not disturb sign on the door while I was in the room the door started to open and then he flipped the lever back and opened it all the way, and when I walked up to the door, he started knocking as if I hadn’t noticed he had already opened the door he did not care that I had a do not disturb sign on the door! I decided that night to pack my stuff and get out.

The pool didn’t work but they did let us swim next door. I also found out the room we got on the top floor is way out dated compared to bottom floor. The tv was half the size on top and the air conditioner was older than me. Overall not bad

Pool was out of order. Room was alright though

We were very happy with our stay 4th of July weekend. Breakfast, maintenance & staff were very helpful & friendly. We will stay again.

On your picks of the motel you said the had a hot tub but they said they have never had a hot tub
-
It was ok. We had everything. The breakfast was a bit small.
-
Clean, spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi, good chairs, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was ok, but could use some sausage, eggs and bacon to make it even better.

I would stay again

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will stay there when I go back.

Housekeeping never came to our room once. Towels were never replaced, trash was never removed, and we eventually ran out of toilet paper. We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign displayed, so there was no reason the room should have been completely overlooked. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool, but it was closed and not operational. This was not disclosed on the website when we made our reservation. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very lacking, consisting mostly of stale bread and cereal. The breakfast area was also not clean, with sticky residue left on the tables. To top it off, the bed wasn’t even properly made. Instead of a fitted sheet, there was only a flat sheet draped over the mattress. Overall, the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, undisclosed pool closure, and poor breakfast made this a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The woman that checks you in is polite and even sweet, though there were cops speaking to her and the police showed up several times during our stay. When I asked the front desk for an extension on our room, (I just moved to Branson and am touring rentals, so I needed an extra week), she was originally going to help me but when I asked for their weekly rate, and she immediately became aggressive. She yelled that it wasn't written down that I was a "local" and I had a pet that I didn't get charged for. That pet? Is my SERVICE ANIMAL that I told them I had. She tried to force me to tell her why I needed a service animal while yelling that i can't get an extension anymore as they don't allow locals and she refused to extend our stay. Mind you, it's ten o'clock in the morning and I don't have another hotel lined up and I have two children. On top of that, there was a woman and her kid blocking the stairs, chain smoking and refusing to move, even having her kid goan and roll her eyes when we tried to ask politely. Considering she had her own camping chair put there since before my stay, I'd say that certainly have weekly rates! Their pool is also empty and their free "breakfast" is biscuits and gravy from crockpots that look older and more dingey than ever. I do not recommend them at all, even if they are the cheapest hotel around. Pay the extra ten bucks and go anywhere else!

We came back from a show at night and couldn't get in our room, had to walk over to the hotel next door to get a card. We were going out the next morning the door wouldn't lock we had to wait 30 minutes while they got maintenance to come over and put knew batteries in. We called the front desk the same morning for towels and to have the sheets changed were told they change sheets every other day when we came back that night the beds had not been changed and no towels again had to walk over to the other hotel to get them. Pool wasn't open had to go next door to swim.

The check-in process was very friendly and convenient. The front desk person was very nice which really leads to a nice night and a great time. The check-in process was great and to me as a single mom with kids and a service animal the check-in process cannot be more crucial than it is. This is why I gave econo Lodge a 5 star review plus the price is undeniably great.

Our door on the bottom would close! So we had to push our table to shut the door! Then when it was check out time the lady was no where to be found!!! Waited almost 15 mins

Location The bathroom sink had rust spots, the floor was dirty, the electrical plugins in a light did not work, the icebox froze all my dogs' food wasn't not worth 322 dollars I spent.

First the lobby looks nothing like the pictures shown for this listing, the poor staff was dealing with no AC when we came in and by the temp in the lobby she had been for a while. The pool was closed completely, the complementary breakfast was not open at 7 and I’m not sure when it opened either day we stayed seeing as we planned to eat before needed to leave by a certain time. The first room we got smelled heavily of cigarettes so they moved us to another. It was outdated for sure and completely what you expect for the price (stained bedding, bathtub walls etc..) it is a cheaper motel and you will get what you pay for.

Pool was not filled. Terrible cleaning staff. Front desk was not helpful. Room was disgusting, ended up having to buy my own cleaning supplies to do it myself. Stayed for 19 days and they didn't clean it even once. Asked several times. I have stayed here before and it was not like this, such a disappointment.
