We liked where it was located on Shepherd of the hills drive. Still close to the strip but not in the middle of everything. Loved setting out on the balcony in the morning and at night. Was a good price. Liked where our room was right beside the indoor pool if it had not been down for maintenance. I picked this motel for the indoor pool. It was shut down for maintenance. The bed could have been a little better.

They have people living there that have dogs that bark every time someone walks in the hallway day and night. It smells like dog pee and it’s supposed to be a non smoking place and we smell cigarettes and weed. And they don’t come clean rooms when you leave for the day.
-
Easily accessible rooms. Wasn’t very clean, lots of things going on in the parking lot, smelled like marijuana..

The staff were friendly and helpful. I found a syringe in the floor by the sink. I had to ask for trash bags and take my own trash out to the dumpster. I had to ask for clean towels because no one came to our room the 5 nights we were there. The indoor pool is out of service and the outside pool was freezing cold. Worst experience I have had.

Tv didn't work. Called to get it fixed . Never came

Pools were down breakfast was terrible. No fresh fruit, oranges were hard to the touch they were so old.

Breakfast, front desk staff & in room jet tub were great. Room rug needs replaced& no daily cleaning as we had to go after clean towels every day although front desk staff was helpful in getting them to us. Not all pets on were on a leash as one large dog jumped up on me when I was walking back to room after breakfast. Dogs barking. Not all dog poop was picked up & cigarette butts all over parking lot.

I wouldn’t know, I got there and was trying to check in along with several others and was informed that I had no room because they were over booked or something about rooms not being cleaned. I had booked way in advance and even called the property that afternoon to let them know when I would be checking in and they said ok, Also was sent a link to pre check in so it would be a quicker check in. So at 10 pm at night several people were turned away to look for a new room. This was the branson location.

The location was fine. The breakfast could use some protein, the room was comfortable and clean, but the noise level of the “extended guests”, of which there were many….made the stay concerning. Overall, was an acceptable place to stay I didn’t like the long term guests being there. It made us feel as if we were visiting someone’s home as they definitely dominated areas like the pool and breakfast area. Plus little kids running around at 10 pm.

Nothing This was by far the dirtiest, nastiest place we’ve ever stayed at. Every drug addict in the Branson area LIVES there! Toothless crackheads sat on the steps making it almost impossible to carry our luggage past them and they certainly won’t move for you. It was a scary unsafe place to stay. We paid in advance so we had to stay however Booking.com should not have this place as an option. Broken down cars covered the torn up parking lot. Absolutely disgusting!

The distance to our destination. The sheets had stuff on them under the beds where dirty the windows was leaking inside the room.

I didn't like anything. This is why. The indoor pool was filthy. tho it said full breakfast, they only had eggs and meat on the weekend and for the first 3 days, they didn't have gravy for the biscuits. Walmart is right down the street. The was a panel in the ceiling and a loud squeek came through ruining the possibility of sleep. Told them the next morning and they said they'd fix it They did not. Next day we asked to give us a different room downstairs because of my 80 year old grandma with us. They said it would be ready when we got back in the afternoon. We got back and were told they were full and couldn't move us. the next morning the lady said, "No problem. Come back around 1:00 and we'll have you a downstairs room in section A. When we came back, she told us she couldn't put us on the 1st floor because the maid didin't want to clean rooms on the first floor today. They could move us to another room without a squeek, but 2nd floor. No elevators, so we carried everything downstairs and over to the next section and back upstairs. We were there for 8 nights and it's the worst motel i've ever been in. They didn't have microwaves in the room, but said they had them in the community area for the guests to use. They forgot to mention that it was only on the 1st floor and one of two didn't work and a lady who had been there 2 month said it didn't work when they moved in. No ice on the 2nd floor either. What I d What I didn't like is listed above and I'm not going to repeat it here. It's the worst motel i've ever stayed at and all the reasons are listed above. You should be ashamed to have it on your list. Do you wven check out the ones you support or just swallow what ever crap they feed you. If I could stay there for $25 a night... I would NOT!!!!!!

Nice location decent breakfast

I got the impression there are permanent residents who stay there and have the run of the property. There were several homeless in the area that came and went through the parking lot. I believe it could be a very nice place to stay at some point but it still has a ways to go. If you’re looking for something inexpensive to get some rest it will work for you but if you want your hotel to be part of your Branson experience I would suggest a different place to stay.

Clean Smoking on balcony right outside of room
-
Shower did not work,
-
Balcony was great. But too many people that live here, dirty, smelled horrible and smelled like weed everywhere.
-
Option of 3 beds one room. Multiple people living there full time. Unclean, unsafe feeling, Marijuana usage heavy in the hallway.
-
Cheap Lots of people that appeared to live there work g on cars in parking lot and sitting in the hallways
-
Room is clean. Staff was very quick to checking in very family friendly love the indoor swimming pool in the outdoor swimming pool bottom line of that place is just I love it.
