Very good

The room and breakfast buffet. The one thing I look for is a working inside pool and hot tub. Both were out of commission so I won't be going back!

I liked the breakfast and how they kept everything hot! Well when I booked the stay it was mainly on the fact that this hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub. (It was my birthday) So that was disappointing to find out as soon as I checked in I wouldn't be able to use neither. Then when I got to my room I got an call from the receptionist suggesting I can upgrade my room to an room with an hot tub but I don't know why she would suggest that when I booked a room for 3 adults and a child of the age 3. The other two adults were my fiance and father. The rooms were nice but never had housekeeping knock to see if we needed anything our whole 2 night stay. And the ice machine broke on the first floor during our stay, also although the breakfast was great the staff on the second day was rude to the gust when trying to tell them the coffee needed to be changed and on the first day the fridge wasn't keeping cool for the milk and yogurt other than that my stay was okay.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! I would stay again and highly recommend to others.

Price, breakfast, location. Beds.....WAY past due for new beds. Sheets were dirty on one bed. We did not get much sleep.

The bathroom was among the best we have experienced with the high stool and assist bars. My spouse would have preferred a walk in shower as she is unable to step into a bath tub.

Great staff clean room great breakfast

The facilities were exceptionally clean and have been maintained really well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional. Will absolutely stay here any time we are in town. Absolutely nothing

We always stay at this hotel. You get free breakfast. The hotel is clean and close from places you want to visit in Branson

Excellent experience. Nice quiet rooms.

Cute property that was close to attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms that were fairly large. They only had one person behind the desk when check in started for the day.

It was clean. Close to everything. We loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was great. Nothing.
