Clean and friendly staff

Our room was clean and large. the hot breakfast was very good and the pool was well maintained and clean.

Breakfast was really good. Front desk lady stated they had no towels upfront, that she would let housekeeping know. So for 3 days 4 of us shared 2 towels for room and pool area.

Decent place to stay, no complaints.

Loved the breakfast

We checked into the property with no problems. The put us on the 3rd floor. First thing we noticed was there was an electrical cord running across the hallway from another room and also one that was running from our room. First impression was that they probably were drying the carpet. Next thought that is a fall risk for anyone - let alone senior citizens, Before to long our room was getting hot even though the AC was running. I just happened to touch the adjoining door it was very warm and the door frame was quite hot. My first thought was OH NO - they are treating the room for BEDBUGS. I called the front desk. They claimed they didn't have any idea what was going on there, but did give us another room in another section. Still on 3rd floor. I wish I would have demanded another floor. They said that room should have been out of service. As I did more investigation I found another person stating the room next to her was propped open all night and asked why. They front desk just said they didn't know anything about it. I know it was a BED BUG problem, but no one would admit to anything. I told them I would like to know if we were being exposed to BEDBUGS!!! In reviews I see that it has been an on going problem on the 3rd floor. I would RECOMMEND NOT STAYING THERE IF THEY CAN'T BE HONEST!! I have stayed there before with no issues or I didn't know about them. Will never stay again. I will need a lot more rooms for the next trip, but it won't be there!! BEWARE!

Great but pillows are awful!

The beds were very comfortable. Big fluffy pillows too. Breakfast was very good large variety of food to pick from. The only problem was the air unit made weird noise. Other than that a pleasant stay.

They have like 1 or 2 luggage carts for all of their hundreds of rooms. This hotel is huge so getting a lot of luggage out takes a very long time with no carts.

We really enjoyed the suite. It is a bit dated but it didn't effect our stay at all, we dont care what the property looks like as long as its clean! Breakfast was decent. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatos, and biscuits and gravy. Bagels, toast, cereal. The laundry came in handy and the kids loved the pool.

Not a bad choice. Would stay there again.
