We stayed in the inn, it was close enough o the pools, fun room, café. This would be a great place for a group. The room wasn't large but it was fine for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep and get ready. Lots to do with kids.

The room was okay, not super clean, but not the worst I've seen. The property is aging a little, and the air conditioner sounded pretty bad and made it difficult to sleep. The room was a little cramped with the furniture we had in there. The pool doesn't look as nice as photos, it's older, and in dirty/disrepair condition. However it looks like they are building a water park to replace it next year (2027). Overall a good experience, but we got our room about 1/2 off. I wouldn't pay more than probably $100/night if returning. There are other options that are nicer.

Avoid the room 732 as a dumpster prevents easy parking and maneuvering. Also the door jamb was warped preventing ease of open and close. A/C couldn't keep up with high temps and filters were dirty. Also, the king bed was too close to opposite wall making refrigerator and drawer access cramped. The staff was nice, and rate wasn't terrible but I will request a different room if it happens again Beautiful country there!

Very helpful staff and a lot of the amenities were close by.

Resort is nice but we had to switch rooms. The bathroom in our first room had feces down the toilet and all over the floor. Second room appeared clean at first but we could tell the comforter had not been washed in a while. Other than that it was ok.

    2. Housekeeping never came to our room with a two night stay. Trash running over and ran out of toilet paper. No clean towels or wash clothes. 3. coffee pot didn't work. 4. Never enough or any towels in the pool areas.

Tried to check in at 7:00pm and was told our room was not clean yet. Had to wait with 2 small children after driving for hours. I asked for a different room and was told they could not do anything for me. Finally got into our room and it immediately was disappointing. It smelled of a very old not maintained house. It was old and spider webs all behind furniture. Doors on closets were broken and hanging. Needed bedding for pull out couch and there was none. Drove to the guest services and requested it and they told us they would bring it down to us. After waiting for 2 hours (and VERY SLEEPY KIDS) we finally called again and it was brought to us. Pool had zero towels after the guest services said don't worry about taking towels they are provided at the pool. Even checked the indoor pool. We have stayed at many places in Branson that are amazing. This place was by far the worst we have experienced ever.

    Great for families

The Brandon Resort is very busy. Lots of activities to do. I think it’s great for families. IF you are someone who gets bit easily by mosquitoes don’t go. Tons of those no see them bugs. I woke up with 20 bits on my arms from something in my room.

Room was dirty, runned down, spider webs, sliding door handle was broken…. Very disappointed in the room. The hotel itself was nice but room below poor

The amenities were absolutely wonderful , pool, hot tub. The little store ice cream is excellent you oughta try it. I’d recommend this to anybody.

They advertise online these waterfalls at the pool area, when you arrive you realize it's false advertising, I'm assuming that's part of their "future water park". It advertised a free breakfast buffet, when I got there it was relayed that they only give you the buffet if you are there for 2 nights and can schedule for them to drive you around their property, which I assume is to try to sell you on a time share. At 11pm I had ordered doordash and they forgotten plastic silverware, I tried to call the front desk and ask if they had a plastic fork I could eat my food with and they just responded "sorry, you can get one from the marketplace but they don't open until the morning". We both know that they had access to a plastic fork that would cost them almost nothing to show some basic human compassion, especially with having a buffet and such. It was late, I ended up eating my very messy food with my bare hands. When you go to look for a drink you realize all the vending machines have been taken out, so you have to go to the marketplace to get something to drink during their limited hours. I called to ask for a tooth brush, most hotels have very cheap plastic tooth brushes available, again it was sorry you'll have to go to the marketplace. Honestly, the Howard Johnson run down motel had better hospitality than this resort, there's no southern hospitality here.

Every thing was fine except swimming pool was cloudy. Definitely was not maintained. And no drinks or snacks at the pool?…. You definitely need that changed!!!! Can’t sit out in the hot sun without being hydrated….. get real

    Very nice

We had a nice time. Our puppy Xyna enjoyed the new experience! Even though I thought I had booked a cabin. That’s what I’m looking for August 10th to the 11th maybe 12th. Two beds two rooms preferably they can do a one bedroom studio, whatever it was a quiet community. Well kept
