My daughter broke down after hitting something in the road. I her mom booked her this room. She was 3.5 hrs from home at 11pm with no where to go. I called I tried giving them my ID credit card taking full responsibility if something should happen. She's 19 years old. The woman I spoke with was so rude and when I said then she'd have to sleep in the lobby until I get there and the woman said she already kicked her out. My crying sobbing teen daughter zero compassion no car she had ubered to the hotel. No hotel in Branson will allow under 21. I understand policy but sometimes policies have to be reviewed on a case by case basis. This is when an adult should have stepped in and tried to help instead of just being incredibly rude. And causing further trauma to an already traumatic night for her.

Great stay

Great value for a cozy place. The decor was outdated but clean, except for some cobwebs in the ceiling corner. Bathtub/shower was small & narrow. Wish there was a bench outside our room to enjoy the woods. Staff were friendly at check in. We liked the gated entrance & security presence.

Lots to do on the property

Handicap toilet was very low. Hard for handicap to get up.

I have zero complaints. This place was super nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool along with the arcade. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Overall such a great place to stay. We will be back!

Loved our stay at Westgate! The staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed in the one bedroom grand villa. The jacuzzi tub was clean, spacious, and easy to use. It gave a cabin feel with luxury accommodations. Also a loved how close you were to everything without being directly in all of the chaos. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Branson.

Nice stay . Out dated but fine

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Our villa had a few minor issues that didn’t affect our stay but we reported so the next guest would not have to worry. Would definitely stay again.

The room was OK But the beds were well worn uncomfortable

It is very nice location with many things to do. Noise from unites next door and around I the unites are not well sound proof.

I liked the location, the staff, and the room was nice. I wish we could've stayed longer than one night to experience the entire property. I had a hard time getting a hold of the resort over phone to ask a question.
