Was nothing like described on hotels.com, was told had game room and arcade which was the main reason i booked here and for $247 was not impressed when i got there and was nothing like it said and definitely not an 8 star hotel, anf there was no kind of compensation or the chance to book elsewhere. Then after some family time return to hotel, hotel staff and her boyfriend or husband were making out in pool. Just very unprofessional. the upside was room was clean and air worked excellent and they did bring us a roll away bed.

Nice clean rooms and the pool was great. It wasn't overly chlorinated and was pleasant to swim in. The staff was on the ball and very helpful when needed.

Giving this a 5 because the rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating. The property needs some work and the new ownership is renovating it daily. The price is as low as anywhere in the area.

This hotel would rate a high or low three star. Good location, clean, excellent shower, and very good breakfast. First entry into room smelled old but was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Liked the staff. Very nice and helpful. If your just sleeping there its fantastic. It was very quite at night. I would stay here again. Jacuzzi tub in room was excellent. It is long overdue for some updates. New matresses. The room was just dated Now under new management. Give them a little time they can fix it up. Good location.

When we checked in, we were handed the key. Had to ask where the room was located. They also told us there would be sausage, bacon, eggs and stuff for breakfast (as advertised). We got up the next morning to get breakfast from the breakfast room. The door was propped open. So the room was freezing (it was only like 34° that morning), theres literally NOTHING hot to eat. There were muffins, yogurt, cinnamon toast crunch, bagels and stuff for toast. They had coffee to drink. That was literally it. The next morning, same thing. We didn't even eat there. We went elsewhere. Oh, and not to mention, the hotel had evidently went through a change in ownership, so they weren't experienced, and ALL the staff had quit.

I booked a 2 night stay with them Saturday- Sunday. Checked in Saturday with no issues. We woke up Saturday morning and walked down to have breakfast at about 7:30am. After breakfast I went back to my room to shower and get ready for the day. When I returned I noticed something crawling across the sheets on my bed, sure enough after Google searching and double checking it was a confirmed bed bug. I went to the front counter to inform them of the issue. The lady working the front counter apologized and ran in the back, im assuming to talk to the owner. When she returned she told us that they would be happy to put us in another room, but the only room they had comparable to ours (we booked a jacuzzi suite) was occupied and we wouldn't be able to get into it until after 11. I told the lady that unfortunately I'm aware that bed bugs can travel and I would rather just not stay there at that time especially in a room right next door. She said she understood and would refund our money for that night. I asked if we could please get our money back for the night before as well seeing that we were forced into an early check-out since A: they didnt have a comparable room available until after 11 and B: I wasnt taking the chance of being exposed to any more bed bugs. She told us that since we stayed she wouldn't be refunding our money. I told her I understood we stayed, but we were forced into an early checkout and would now have to spend the day figuring out what to do seeing as most hotels wont let you check in until after 3pm, it was only around 8am at this point, I wasnt able to shower or even get ready for the day I was to worried about the bed bugs and had to get my stuff out of there. The woman would not budge she was very rude and acted like there was nothing wrong on their part.

If you are one of those people looking for the Grand Hyatt this is not your stop. Look it’s an older hotel and shows some age with the exterior and the interior. Couple cigarette burns in the furniture. But the rooms were super clean, the water was hot, and the shower had lots of pressure. Second time my wife and I have stayed here in last 2 years. They are dog friendly and have a nice little lot right next to the hotel for the dogs to do their business. They have breakfast in the lobby in the morning. We’re not breakfast people but the coffee was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

An older property, but clean and comfortable, friendly staff. The mattresses could be updated...felt the springs. Quiet location.

We were very pleased with our stay at Ozark Valley Inn. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Everything was in working order and it was well stocked with the usual complimentary necessitites. The towels were large, plush, and plentiful. The stay was pleasant and everything we like about it was reinforced when we met our hosts and found this to be a truly "American Owned" business that is interested in providing comfort and value for your money.
