Room clean, staff ok-had to ask twice for extra towels, breakfast sucked and parking tight.

Biscuits were doughy.

I liked everything. The tv remotes were a bit confusing for my husband. Otherwise we really loved it

It was super clean and the pool was super clean We didn’t dislike anything about it. For the really good rate we paid we got more than what we paid for a clean room and a little bit of breakfast. It’s not the Waldorf Hotel but it’s not the Waldorf price either. I think it was clean and comfortable, especially for the price we paid and manager was nice too.

This hotel is very dirty and poorly maintained. The lobby is closed and locked overnight and doesn't open until 7am, so good luck if you need to access a computer, coffee, a map, or speak to an employee.

Was good overall, rooms are a little on the smaller side. Had an issue with the people above us with the noise but they were prompt to tell them to keep it down. Breakfast was okay. Could use some fruit added. But good for a free breakfast. Would stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

It was very small quite place

When checking out and asking for a receipt, we were informed they don’t give receipts out

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning, with staff available to keep the space tidy and refresh the items as needed. We will stay here again! No complaints!

The price rate was fair, and the location. The buffet style breakfast not too great, coffee maker, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a while, coffee tasted awful, didnt have any fresh fruits or pancakes is a must for a breakfast. need improvement, and showers head and tubs needs more cleaning and maintenance too.

The location is great, just a short distance to many attractions and the price is good too. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, and a nice clean pool at the front of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again

Wasnt the cleanest or the most up to date in the room. The pool was clean and water looked good. Check in was simple. Worth the money i paid thru expedia, definitely would be disappointed had i paid more.

Clean room good place to stay

Price was good. Room service was nonexistent. Had to get our clean towels from the office. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok.

The pool The linens were stained so it looked like they weren't clean. So I got clean sheets. We could not take our breakfast to our rooms. They had signs everywhere to make you eat in their dining area. Breakfast was one reason I booked that hotel. One less thing to pay for on my trip but I didn't even get it because I couldn't take it to my room. Would not come back to this hotel. Was not worth my money.

The pool area was nice. The location was good and not too congested with traffic. The beds are very hard with very little padding and it made sleeping difficult. Our room outlet did not work so the refrigerator and microwave were next to the bed. The breakfast was very small and did not have much. No fruit or waffles or potatoes.

Stayed here as a family of 5 for 3 nights and super impressed with our stay, nothing fancy but of course that wasn't our expectation, room was super clean,pool was great! Open till 10 pm, a/c works like a charm, if I had anything on the negative side it would be the breakfast, definitely needs quality and more options would be nice. But with the price and overall experience we would definitely recommend for a family or really anyone trying to get a good price to stay in branson. And biggest thing is we were within 10-15 minutes to absolutely everything. I think top of the rock was about 20 minutes but that was the only thing that far out. Super convenient location!! And I think i seen online in a comment there is no fridge, if so that is no longer the case.
