The hotel was very clean and the A/c kept the room very cold. The rooms were small, but sufficient. It is not the most newly renovated hotel, but it was really good for the price. The staff was very helpful.

The rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Same pictures on all the walls. Rugs in rooms and hall need replacing. Curtains falling apart. No handrail on steps in lower parking lot area. Whole place could use updating

This was my fourth time staying there and I was once again very pleased with everything. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, quiet. The breakfast was fresh and good. The staff was super friendly. I will be staying here again when I make another trip to Branson.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Nice older hotel. For the price its a no brainer. Only complaint is if you are showing late you better call ahead and have a key set out for you. The front desk is closed from 11-7. We showed after midnight and had to sleep in the truck until they opened the doors at 7 sharp.

Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel. Juice dispenser was out of order the last two days there. nice hotel but not outstanding. Exterior bldg doors were not secure nor lockable. Would probably stay again.

We stayed in Scenic Hills Inn for a week two years ago, and it was a lovely experience then. This time was less so. Again, we stayed a week, but this time, several things were annoying. The first impression was a bad smell in our room. I sprayed essential oils to minimize the smell and it became tolerable enough that I didn't notice the smell when we were in the room, but upon entry, every time, it was very noticeable. Also, the bathroom door would not close all the way. Apparently, a previous someone--or several someones--left wet towels draped across the top of the door, causing swelling so that the door couldn't close. End result: very little privacy. Thirdly, the breakfast was disappointing. Two years ago, the menu was the same every day, but it was very tasty, so the limited offerings were fine. This year, the menu was the same every day, but the quality was lacking. The eggs were watery, and the link sausage was barely heated. The biscuits were good, but the gravy was very thin, especially the first day when it was so watery, it made my biscuit soggy. So, all in all, the stay was adequate, but not impressive in a good sense.

Clean room and comfortable bed
-
Basic room, bed, air, breakfast etc. almost dropped a star for the bathroom door that stuck, slits in the back of the curtain, and cracks in whatever the sink is made of.
