Hotel was undergoing renovations so pool wasn’t open. Understandable. Staff was friendly, helpful and available. Had an issue with tub not draining which was quickly resolved. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to all of Branson’s activity but not right in the middle of it. Which we appreciated.

I do recommend Evergreen Inn coz staff very kind and prompt, room and property very ckean and well maintained, biz/budget friendly, and it's very quiet, proper for working online during the day and perfect resting sleep at nighttime. Even so, Evergreen Inn is within walking distance to several attractions and close to the strip theaters and restaurants.

The staff tried hard to be sure everything was good with us. They were fast to respond when requests were made. The pool was not open. I think, given time, the owner will make the needed improvements to make this hotel better!

First room they took me to was at least 90 degrees inside. Second 'non-smoking' room stank and had cigarette burns all over the bathtub. Floor was patched with paint, walls badly patched, mismatched paint on items and paint drooled on the floor. Dirty tub/shower. Grubby place, then at 3:30 I woke to dripping water, turned on lights to find water coming out of the shower/toilet ceiling fixture. People started banging around upstairs and I heard a toilet flushing and more water dripping down. I packed up and left.

They're in the middle of a remodel so lots of construction. The pool was closed and the ac seemed to work, but never cooled the room. We actually wound up leaving; there was no way I could sleep there in the middle of a heat wave and no AC.

The beds appeared to have dirty sheets on them and the people roaming around made it feel very unsafe
