Rosebud Inn

Very Clean.

It was a quiet area. We were placed on a floor where we didn’t have to use stairs and at the end of building that was so quiet Only thing was we could hear when other guests used water. However, it wasn’t anytime that it disturbed us. Also we could hear kids running on floor above us but it wasn’t during times that disturbed us.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was a good variety of breakfast food. Air Conditioning was good. Pool was nice.

Close to everything It smells old and need lysol to be sprayed down

Very clean & near many convient places Next room to mine was a lady who seemed homeless…. Not sure though - just the appearance …. She told me she’d be staying there for about a month. She did mention she had a daughter. At night you could hear another woman talking to her—- sometimes the lady’s language was not appropriate.

Wonderful location & like the rooms being inside. Makes us feel safer. Liked it

Location and the help Be nice if pool was open later to enjoy a late night swim after a show

Easy to come and go and the staff was very friendly and respectful. Can’t beat the price! All needs met and can’t think of a negative thing about it.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. I loved how it was Christian all around and a bible with a note in it. Loved the location tucked behind the tanger outlet. Great breakfast. Sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy were fantastic. Very clean rooms. Great place

Location Had to walk long way to elevator

Location was quiet & off the main drag. Easy to get around. Breakfast was good, hot & fresh. Room was clean & bed was comfy. The hallways smelled like a sewer back up. A/C in the room didn't seem to work correctly. Had to keep turning it down to get the fan to run.

The room was very clean and very nice Staff

It was a very budget friendly hotel.

Need a little more variety

Great staff, good breakfast, good renovated rooms, except virtually no shelf or cabinet space in our room. Not a problem if just overnight, but forces living out of suitcases for several day stay.

Location was great, plenty of parking. A little secluded area for a fire pit and pool away from road noise and traffic was a nice bonus.

Was initially assigned room 226 but the smell was so bad, we had to request a different room. I felt like I would have become physically ill if I had stayed there. Definitely some plumbing or leaking issues. The young man at the front desk asked no questions so it seemed like a known issue. Breakfast was terrible, aside from the waffle machine. Once we got into the second room, our stay was ok for an old place. Location was great.

The high moisture level in the room and dirty/moldy AC unit.

This property is in a great location. It was extremely hard to find a parking spot once we arrived. The parking lot was full.
