I liked that the property was centrally located and the rooms were clean with informative staff.

Good location, and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was good. The room had a slight odor upon entering, and the A/C unit in our room wasn't working at times. The desk brought up a box fan for us to get us through our stay. We will not stay there again when we come back to Branson for our yearly trip. Also very small bathroom

First of all. Don’t judge this hotel by the pictures on Expedia. There is a reason there are not many. The building and facilities are not updated or well maintained. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel where quality matches price. This is the place for you. If you stay here-do not use the cheaper non refundable rate that is offered. I made that mistake. Expedia doesn’t care that the pictures they allow on their listing doesn’t represent the actual hotel. The lobby and main floor are the only areas that have been updated anytime recently. The hallway carpet on all guest room floors are so stained, worn with holes, burns, tears, bleach spots and faded (I know these get the most traffic, but I mean extreme) and it doesn’t instill confidence when that’s what greets you. Upon entering our room it smelled nice and I believe it was clean. However, the bedspreads were stained, the sheets were threadbare and there was some kind of smear on the bathroom wall above the toilet…I didn’t smell it. The bathroom is tiny. Good luck turning around in there. The breakfast is good and your typical continental, but there is no variation day to day. The swimming pool is 3ft deep but still enjoyable and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very clean and the pool was clean. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Hotel a little dated but again clean. Breakfast was great!

The room was clean and everything was in order. The smell of the room—it didn't smell clean; it smelled musty. The facilities are outdated, and the key card kept deactivating constantly from being near my cell phone.

This hotel provides all of the basics for a comfortable overnight stay. Clean, well maintained, hot breakfast, helpful staff. And it’s an excellent location for ease of access to Branson activities without sitting right on the Strip.
