Location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast This is as my third time staying. I was put in the side building, I prefer to stay in building where the office is located. However room was nice just a walk to pool and breakfast.

The bfast and dessert were big hits with my granddaughter. Beds were very comfortable

Parking was fine. Room seemed to be very clean except we had to ask for wash cloths and we found a bead on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful but not so friendly. Tv didn’t work and the guy that came with wash cloths and to fix tv just reached behind the tv and left and the tv said no signal

Our bathtub seemed to be leaking under the floor. Just overall poorly maintained.

That it was close to everything My bathroom floor had a crack/ dip in it that could cause an injury if you got out of it i told a gentleman at the front desk but nothing was done about it

The location was good. The bathroom door handle was broken, you couldn’t see out the window it was so dirty, and the indoor pool area was so hot, the air wasn’t working.

I came out to Branson for vacation with family and I was absolutely satisfied with my stay at this hotel staff was so friendly and helpful it was very quiet and clean and very accommodating I will absolutely be using this hotel again in the future.

Its in a well located area. The staff is excellent! Breakfast is perfect to wake up to before you get your day started! My choice to stay in for every time i visit Branson
