A/c didnt work

The room had a musty, moldy smell when the air conditioning came on. The floor felt dirty and grimy. I wore shoes the entire time. Overall did not feel clean. The pet area was behind a second building. I had to walk around 2 buildings thru a parking lot to get to it. It was between 2 buildings and no lights. It did not feel safe and was not clean. The grass is mostly weeds and very dry. Many pet owners did not clean up after their dogs. The whole area smelled bad. Would not recommend for pet friendly, especially for young puppies or dogs with health issues.

The lobby / breakfast area was great but the rooms were in a separate building completely. During bad weather, that could cause an inconvenience to people wanting to eat and then return to their rooms

The location is perfect if you are going to the outlet mall Another person was allowed to sign my registration slip and check in. I was very concerned that this person had accessed my personal information but the clerk said they would not be given a copy of the slip she signed. The young gal working seems to have gotten it straightened out.

Yes- we were moved from our first 2 rooms because of overpowering mildew/mold. Our third room had an a/c unit with a broken fan. These were rooms 602, 608, and 430. My other family members had to be moved 1 time. I was mocked for selecting a sucky hotel.

The breakfast was good, fresh and a variety of items to choose from. The door to our rooms would not close securely. Housekeeping never brought fresh towels on the day we actually asked.

room was exceptionally clean. air conditioning worked great. T.V. was small but easy to work with and lots of channels. Ice was on first floor, we were on the fourth floor, had to go to the first floor every time we needed ice. Pool and lobby were in MAIN BUILDING. We were in building 2. We had to exit the building, walk across the parking lot any time we wanted to swim. I think this should have been mentioned somewhere or somehow prior to booking, having a 5- and 8-year-old as well as my husband suffering with metastatic cancer (first outing since radiation) we would have never booked here and will not be back. This place was ok for a young or older couple on a budget. Bathroom was extremely small, especially if you're trying to help a 5-year-old with wet swimsuit or bath. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, nothing special. Cookies in the evening were store bought, not baked fresh as some places do. Ice cream was in a machine, soft serve and extremely sweet.

The room smelled like it was mold. Took a shower and water was all over floor. Seems that was what was causing the smell. Finally went and let them know we needed a different room and they switched us to another and the door handle was broken. Would not recommend as we have stayed here before but it had went downhill and we will not be going back.

Standard Breakfast was included and desserts as too in the the evening, cookies and ice cream Up on the hill so you get a nice view

It was clean and breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice but very cold. I would recommend staying again on next visit.
