Breakfast was really good here

Bathroom sink backed, TV didn't work, and air conditioner didn't work.

Need more wash clothes in the room

First room we were inn, the shower floor was very, very dirty. We ask for another room and the second had cockroaches in it. They did spray our room, but that did not get rid of them. We had to ask for coffee and the body wash dispenser was empty are whole stay. The coffee dispenser in the breakfast area was not working properly. Very disappointed in this property. We have stayed in several AmericInn's before and this is not the standard of their chain!

One of the best places we have stayed in Branson. Breakfast was great, access to outlet mall is next door snd Main Street a moment away

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient.

The room was clean, but not enough towels or toilet paper for a two day trip.

Rooms were nice and very quiet. Would have liked to have a fan in the toilet/shower area as it gets very muggy in room. Staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Pool is only 3ft deep so that was a bit disappointing to the kids. Breakfast was great with a variety of options.

We like the exterior entry room and being pet friendly. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast had many offerings including hot and cold, and parking was easy. The pool was clean and we had a wonderful visit.

Parking was fine. Room seemed to be very clean except we had to ask for wash cloths and we found a bead on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful but not so friendly. Tv didn’t work and the guy that came with wash cloths and to fix tv just reached behind the tv and left and the tv said no signal

Our bathtub seemed to be leaking under the floor. Just overall poorly maintained.

I was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Also, plenty of parking. Will stay there again.
