Hotel Grand Victorian

The hotel has an outdoor pool and indoor pool with a hot tub. Very nice. Hot coffee available 24/7. Buffet breakfast included. Beautiful Victorian decor with patriotic decorations. I chose a room with two queen beds and a balcony. It was crowded but adequate. The bathroom is divided with the open sink area on one side of the entrance and the shower/tub and flush on the other side . This was tiny. There was no grab bar in the shower . I consider this necessary for the general public safety. I stayed 6 nights. No housekeepers came in to freshen the room. We were instructed to place used towels and trash outside our door with a list filled out for what we needed . Different, but OK. One service rep Chauvann, was very helpful and pleasant. The driveway is steep, as it is nearly everywhere in Branson. Lots of attractions, places to eat, and shop nearby.

Love the breakfast. So many choices

Breakfast was good but, not enough tables.

Table lamp was loose and floppy.

The only issue was the bathroom sink outlet was not working properly.

This is the best resort for the trip so far.

Staff was wonderful

Beautiful Victorian style hotel. Hotel is clean and maintained but is dated and a musty smell in the room. Parking is definitely on a slanted hillside. Staff were cordial but not overly friendly. I give the breakfast a B. Dennys restaurant & Krispy Kreme doughnuts next door. Tanger outlet very close.

The place was very clean, excellent breakfast buffet, cookies in the afternoon. Convenient location on the Branson Strip.
