Super friendly staff

This is a beautiful hotel but the staff is what made this place so great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful! The staff at the front desk did everything they could to help us get the most out of our trip to the area! They even helped us to get reservations to a place we were trying to get into. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area! My husband and I will definitely stay there again!

A great stay, an older property (appears they are going through renovations) but well maintenanced and very friendly staff.

This was a first time stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it. This hotel has nice rooms, good food, friendly staff and a pool and hot tub. Service from housekeeping was great. Location was on the strip and easy to get to. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Small wait for a table but not too long. Everyone wanted to eat about the same time. Pool was great, quiet and peaceful. Can’t say enough about the staff…welcoming and attentive. I look forward to a return visit.

Clean room, only complaint was bathroom was small but it was clean. Other than that all was great.

Would definitely recommend.

Whole place smell old including rooms also pool area outdated very bleached ,breakfast is horrible parking not safe .l wouldn’t recommend it for family with kids people smoking and drinking around the property whole stay is bum.

The Hotel was very charming with a good neighborly vibe from both the Employees and fellow guests. Plenty of parking in front and in the back of the property.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and stocked with everything they promised. Even when we asked for more towels or coffee for the rooms, they over delivered. Family friendly and the pool, game room & work out room were clean and tidy. The Jacuzzi tub in the room worked beautifully as well.

We use this hotel everytime we are in Branson for a quick weekend trip -- it is always clean with a friendly welcoming staff and very few issues time and time again. Breakfast is wonderful!! This property improves each time we stay.

Love hotel grand Victorian! We go every year for my daughter’s birthday and always love it!

At breakfast the served link sausage that looked raw and just generally nasty. The tub in our room was dirty, apparently housekeeping does not scrub the sides of the tub, the tub had a water leak and was also slimy where water stood.

We love this place we hav stayed here in multiple acations we try to stay here everytime
