Grand Oaks Hotel

It was a nice clean and quite Hotel.

Close to all attractions which we loved. Shopping areas within walking distance. Nice clean hotel, nice pool and hot tub. Have both indoor and outdoor pool

The room was very out dated. MOLD on the floor of the shower in the grout. Funny smell in the hallway. Needs a good update throughout the property.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Will go back to that hotel again and breakfast was hot and good!

The property was somewhat updated, but we were put in a building behind the main hotel. Overall it was okay for the price, but I don’t plan on staying here again.

Staff seem to be a bit distracted and not very attentive to the customers.

The room was very nice and I like the bathroom with the extra stool in the shower for me to set on. I would definitely come stay here again.

The staff here were very nice and extremely helpful. The only complaint I have at all is that the bed was very uncomfortable.

It was so quiet. We never heard anything once we went into our room Hotel was very clean and beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

The carpet throughout the lobby, stairs and hallways needed to be vacuumed, and was long overdue for a deep clean. We booked two rooms. One of our rooms was fine, but the other one did not have a working AC. It looks like we weren’t the last ones to transfer out of that room, because there was a little bit of trash left behind from the previous occupant. But the front desk helped us quickly and got us into another room. The staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was fine, but they ran out of meat 20 minutes before breakfast was over. The shower head was very cheap, very noisy, and a little loose, spraying water to the side. And my daughter found a tiny bug in her bed when she got in it (I don’t think it was a bedbug, though). With all that said, the rooms themselves were relatively clean, the beds were pretty comfortable, and it was fine. Overall, maybe this was cheaper than some other options in Branson, and you get what you pay for.

Great place to stay. Could use some temperature control for the indoor pool. Very cost efficient and close to all of the mainstream activities but nice and quiet. Decent breakfast spread. Will definitely stay again.
