Overall good

Driving up to the property , I was very concerned that I had booked a”by the hour” hotel. The lady at the desk wasn’t overly friendly but not rude. Once in our room, I was surprised at how clean and updated it was… until I pulled the bedspread back and saw long black hairs and black dirt particles all over the bed. But, the staff quickly came and changed the sheets with no issues at all. The location is good. The room was updated and remodeled but the outside looks dated and sketchy. I might stay here again if nothing else is available. It says no smoking yet you see people smoking everywhere. The pool was clean.. actually the cleanest pool I have ever seen at any hotel even cleaner than high end hotels. Outside of hotel just needs help.

Only thing I didn't like to well was that when I lifted the knob on the sink, water sprayed out and got around the sink some. On the door I noticed breakfast hours were until I believe 9:30. I missed breakfast. I wish they would of extended breakfast hours until maybe about 10 or 10:30. Other then that, it was affordable.

You get what you pay for. Room was ok, old. Breakfast was not great. Waffle batter made hollow waffles, biscuits stale and cold. Staff was friendly.

Room was nice.

Nice large newly remodeled rooms. Nice pool. Breakfast was waffles, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Good stay for reasonable price.

The initial impressions were not good. Tired property that could use some TLC. Entered the room and it was unbearably hot. Took the AC am hour to cool it down. There was a funny smell that we never got used to. Place was very quiet and close to Silver Dollar City. Price was awesome.

It's a great deal. The staff were friendly.

It has breakfast listed as it starts at 7am but when we showed up at 7am they said it now starts at 7:30 it is not posted anywhere that this is the time. The pool was just starting to be filled when we arrived. The bathroom had a crappy recaulking job done. Elevator smelled horrible we told the staff and it still was bad the next day and until we left.

This is one of the cleanest and quietest hotels we've stayed out and the manager is so kind. We will be staying again

It’s not even the same name. It was ran down off in the rooms and the facilities. The pool wasn’t filled and looks like it wasn’t going to be anytime soon because it’s all cracked through.

It’s in a good area Beds were not the best

Foe the price we paid this was an acceptable place to rest our heads for the night. No bugs, just very dated property that could use a good make over from top to bottom. Staff was pleasant at check but was off property when we first arrived. Returned to check us in within about 5 mins and very nice. Would stay again in a pinch.

Location Masking tape on walls, half painted, dirty upholstery, dog blankets on bed instead of comforters

Ladies at front desk very generous allowed us to check in early no charge, was very polite, and was worth what was paid will be back next time we visit only downfall was breakfast. Wasn’t the best but something is better than nothing!
