We have stayed several times here. The staff is always so helpful and friendly! It has always been clean and well maintained although some of the furniture is beginning to look worn. Will stay again!

The breakfast buffet although FREE was lackluster at best. The room was ok but the bathtub was old and worn and hard to get on. Loved the hot tub and pool. The staff were very nice.

The staff & the restaurant were amazing. The hotel was over crowded, the hot tub was brown from dirt, the pool is tiny, the hallways aren't air conditioned, the free breakfast looked gross, there are no signs telling you how to get anywhere in the hotel, you have to walk down to the ice machines for a microwave, the bathroom in our room wasn't clean, you have to ask for maid service & more towels. Would not recommend.

    Not the best

    Everything was great

Overall, it is a very nice place. But there is definitely room for improvements. There are not near enough handicapped parking spots for the size of the resort. The bathrooms need to be updated. We had nearly zero water pressure. They changed the shower head for us and it got a little better. The toilets need to be updated to handicap accessible.

    Great stay

Check in personnel were awesome as was the bartender. Breakfast buffet was mediocre.

The hotel is conveniently located by the attractions in Branson. The room was nice. Some of the furniture was not in the best shape and the shower floor could used to be replaced. The staff when I checked in were pleasant, the other two times I went to the desk the staff acted like I was bothering them.the breakfast was ok. The staff work the breakfast were all very nice. I would come back to this hotel for future visits.

Hot tub was very dirty and jets only worked on one side. No hair dryer in room so I had to ask for one. Free breakfast was just ok. But room was clean

Great place to stay. Great location. Good buffet breakfast in the morning.

We only had 2 coffee packs and we were there 4 days. We had to go to outside sources for morning coffee. We only had the one liner in waste basket for the entire weekend. Layer of dust on top of tv. The staff was great. If you don’t mind not having amenities restocked then I would recommend it too you.

Everything was really good. The only thing I missed, believe it or not was a clock, lol.

Bedding was fresh and the beds were extremely comfortable. This is a slightly older hotel, there were chips in the bathtub and the showers could use fresh caulking. But, again, for the price; the room was better than expected. The breakfast was much better than similar priced hotels, biscuits were hot and flaky. The scrambled eggs and gravy weren't to the same quality as everything else, but overall an extremely nice buffet breakfast that was frequently refreshed. The kids thought the french toast was really good; and I enjoyed that the had actual fresh tasting fruit. The pool area was smaller than we thought, but the kids still had a blast swimming between the indoor and outdoor areas. Even though the pool does have one deep area, most of the pool is somewhat shallow. One word of caution, the parking lot is massive, but the parking that doesn't require uphill/downhill walking is limited. Luckily, they have several elevators and luggage racks near the check in area. Elevators were always open. The overall hotel could probably use a refresh, but nothing really stood out in a negative light. As is, the hotel won't compete against higher end, more expensive places; but it's considerably better than other hotels in the same price range. Will absolutely stay again!

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Breakfast buffet was good basic stuff but good room was clean and bed was great

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The tub was disgustingly dirty and cracked, didn’t have much hot water. The ice machines had brown dirty ice. It smelt like smoke! It was awfully hard uncomfortable bed
