It was hard getting an elevator to get anywhere in the hotel. For the large size of the hotel there were only four elevators. They were pretty much always packed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
Go to place when in Branson.
-
So much other issues, and no help with any from the staff

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean, did not use the pool

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. This will be my go to hotel for future visits to Branson.

The room was a bit dated but very clean. The bathroom and shower were definitely worn but again clean. It's an older hotel so that's to be expected. I'm happy with clean and in working order. Things like not being able to log into our streaming channels and extras like that weren't missed much. Although we were traveling with our older kiddos so they had their own phones to watch shows on at night before bed. The pool was great and the kids had a blast swimming and making new friends for sure! The pool was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels. There was a restaurant/bat and a coffee shop that served Starbucks. We happened to get to the coffee shop minutes before closing and the barista happily made up coffee! The morning breakfast buffet was delicious. When you check in you get passes to breakfast for everyone staying For sure a better breakfast than most! Next... location! This hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything! Please note the advertised '2 free shows" on expedia per room is not true. It is buy one get one

The hotel is ok. It’s fairly inexpensive and was fine for me as I was just staying there for one night and playing golf the next day.

The staff are amazing! But if you plan on using the pool don't visit on the weekend. The breakfast bar says there is bacon and fresh pastries, but found only sausage and some mini muffins. But there are plenty of options, just not what was stated and that was disappointing. I would stay here again.

The property seems a little old with stained carpet in the hallways. The resort just has a ton of people staying there so I don’t think they are able to have as much attention to certain things as a smaller hotel would. The bed was not that comfortable as well.

The room was worn, but clean. The curtains were probably from the 70's or 80's, and didn't close as well as I would have liked to block out light. The furniture was a mis-match assortment that had probably been purchased from other properties, and didn't go together at all. Some of it had been badly patched with caulk visible. The furnishings probably wouldn't even sell well at a garage sale in the condition they're in. There are only 4 elevators in one clustered spot, and they're hard to get on due to the amount of people and traffic. Parking is tight. The pool is clean but old as well with a little rust here and there. The entire property was disappointing as the age is showing, and it wasn't as nice as I had hoped for the price. If I hadn't pre-paid the weekend I would have stayed elsewhere. I had thought a "resort" would be better. The tickets I bought were being sold cheaper at the actual venue, so that made me feel scammed. Breakfast was a struggle to get into. The food is the same daily. Seating is hard to find, and the drinks in the middle of the two lines converging sucks. Also, people having to cut through the line to come in and out of the kitchen is a traffic flow problem. Overall the property was worn and clean, but I would never pay for that experience in Branson again. It wasn't worth it .

Loved the staff they were very nice and friendly ! Helped a lot! ! Didn’t like the elevators ! Need one at each end of the building!
-
the hotel is a walking distance to restaurant, attraction, and outlet mall. price is reasonable so don't except too much in a old hotel. the Free breakfast is nice. big table and not crowded.
-
The staff is professional and has a pleasant attitude. Housekeeping needs to do a more than hit& miss. Especially in the bathroom. Your guest would Lov to add, bacon to the breakfast menu.
-
Only issue was parking
