We enjoyed our stay. There weren’t any towels when we went to the pool, but we had brought our own just in case. We ate at the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning. Would definitely stay there again.

The place has seen its better days. The hotel in the outside looks very nice however when you go inside the room, it’s very old and very much 90s or maybe late 80s, the rooms should be thoroughly cleaned as my daughter had allergies from the dust . However the staff were all so nice , and warm. Breakfast was good though they should change it at least 3-4 times a week. The whole time we were there, it was all the same. Location is the one that beat in this hotel. As it is showing aging, maybe it’s time to remodel the whole rooms and make it at par with neighboring hotels. athe price was good though.

Good hotel and friendly staff 👌

Coffee tray had coffee grounds and creamer mixed with water under the tray. Tray was stuck to cabinet. Had not been cleaned well in days/weeks. Loose coffee had been poured into the coffee maker where a circular coffee pad should have been inserted. Also not cleaned up. Mildew appeared to be developing under the caulking around the tub. Drain plug in tub was loose; not installed or workable. A/C unit settings were stuck. Could not change any setting, speed, or temperature. Room was quite cold. Very uncomfortable stay. We won’t stay in this hotel again.

Water stop working during bathing, resort smells horrible. Penthouse air went out. I was so ready to cancel reservations & book else were.

Always a great place to stay

Lobby and halls were not air conditioned. Room was not clean. Built up dust on vents and lampshades. Tub had mold in crevices. Old furniture. Power went out on Sunday morning but came on a minute later. Needs a renovation badly. Centrally located which is nice but again overdue for upgrades. For $150/night, 100% not worth it. Would not stay again.

This was not a good experience. There are too many other options in Branson for these standards to be this low. The shower was a 36 x 36 coffin. No water pressure, could bot rinse soap from hair. The restaurant food was decent but the amount of flies in the space was alarming. Find another place to stay, even at a discount it was a disappointment

1. Location is prime. Walking distance to the aquarium at the boardwalk and if you really wanted to, you could walk to Walmart. 2. The front desk people are very helpful and got a lot of tickets thru the hotel to save time and some money. There’s also security walking around which was nice. 3. House keeping is very prompt! Called down for new sheets and towels, they came within 5 mins. BUT! 1. the building is VERY HOT.. felt very humid everywhere even in our room with the ac on. The elevators were the worst. 2. Internet is very hit or miss. When we were “connected” it would go in and out and the speed is slow. 3. Hot breakfast— we checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. The breakfast food is LITERALLY the same food (biscuits & gravy, tots, scramble eggs, French toast, oatmeal, canned fruits for your yogurt (which was in a big bowl- fresh fruits would of been nice), sausage links (which my daughters were not impressed with lol), cereal - I appreciate the breakfast being readily available, but if the food was gonna be the same, I honestly would have preferred basic breakfast of bagels + cream cheese, muffins, and such. 4. The bathrooms are small, no fans, just very out dated, and the drainage is very slow. Overall, it was fine even with us visiting during Fourth of July weekend.

La habitación estaba muy limpia

Staff was amazing and helpful. We were there during the week before the real season started. Great pool. Adult hour at the end. Great rooms.
-
Rooms are dated and dingy but air conditioning and water pressure were good. Beds were clean. Only stayed 1 night. 1 room had dirty towels in it still from the previous guest.
-
Excellent location and good amenities, but the hotel was dated. Mildew around window and AC with really harsh mildew smell. We’ve stayed here a few times and my brother had his wedding here, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back with so many other options in the area.
-
Great clean facilities and amazing friendly staff.
-
Breakfast bar was outstanding, but the Restaurant it's in is undersized for the number of Rooms. The Restaurant wasn't open for Lunch, and we could never get in for Dinner - too many people, and not enough staff.
-
The bathroom was very dirty. The breakfast buffet was great. Location was excellent. Bed was too soft.
-
Biggest complaint was the crater in our bed. The middle sagged so bad it would suck you in. I’m pregnant and so that was a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Other than that the room was great, it was quiet, close to everything we needed.
-
The breakfast was not good. The rooms were pretty clean and it could be a little better maintained, but overall, it was ok. It served the purpose.
