We're going to cockroach alive and in the drawer of the dresser we changed rooms went to go get in the pool or the jacuzzi and it was closed we packed up and left

Staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, was busy the morning we went thru and the food wasn’t the hottest but the food containers weren’t getting closed. I’d stay again

Bathrooms so small you hav to mske sure to shut bathroom door to have any room to toilet. Breakfast buffet not worth it. Food was cold, biscuits hard. I would not recommend this hotel

Great bed, quiet room, great reception on tv, wonderful shower and very comfortable room.

Breakfast was, as always, very good. Our first room had a mildew odor and when my wife tried to look out the window, her socks were immediately soaked. Our second room was dry but one bed sagged tremendously in the middle. After one night we had our son sleep in it.. The television remote had no guide and would only advance one channel at a time. Check in was slow because the clerk had me fill out the registration on a swivel computer mounted on the counter. She could have filled it out much faster. We have stayed here several times over the past ten years, but not again.

Stayed there in 2004 when it was The Raddisson. Obviously it was a lot newer then but now that it’s Thousand Hills it’s a little outdated. But the price was pretty good on Expedia. I love the pool, in house bar and coffee house. Disliked the breakfast and the extremely small bathrooms. Overall I’d stay again if the price stays down!

We stayed in the presidential suite and the size was excellent and the bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable. It’s a little rundown for a presidential suite when it comes to the bathroom though. Zero water pressure anywhere in the bathrooms. The shower was unusable because of the water pressure. The soaker jetted tub was clean but dingy looking. When you think presidential suite you think luxury. That was not the case with the bathrooms. Everything else was up to par.

I requested early check in and there’s a fee of $20 for that. I checked in about 20 minutes prior to the regular 4 pm check in. The front desk clerk told me if I immediately gave them a good review then she would waive the fee. After I did that they still charged me $20 for checking in at 3:40 pm where most other hotels check you in at 3:00 pm. I chose that hotel because it has a restaurant which was closed that day. A Wednesday. My room wasn’t very clean. The floor needed a vacuum terribly. It was gross to walk around the room without socks. I don’t think I’ll stay there again

AC did not work upon arrival. Definitely smelt a lot of smoke. Paint does not cover up the smell. Fire alarm went off one night at 2AM but was not going off in entire building. Seems like an issue if there was a real fire. Do not recommend.

The people on the other hand in other stores seem to be okay.

We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are always clean. The hot breakfast is really good touch as well.

Very nice hotel, and is in the middle of all the shows. We had a great time and will be back.

Free buffet very good in the restaurant

We had some issue with shower, however the stuff was helpful and switched a room immediately.

The hotel its self was nice. But our bathroom had a lot of mold on the walls and ceiling. Very gross and the wall next to ceiling and bed

Love this place!!

Very nice room, breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We appreciated the breakfasts, basic but with enough variety to be healthy and filling.
