Green Gables Inn

The size of the room,the bed was comfy, we could park in front of our room and that means alot to my husband that can't walk but afew steps,and to me that has to carry every thing in the room Need to get new blanket for beds,very rough!, the chair big one you sit in it and you went almost to floor,need atleast one bar in shower to help people over the tub!

It was clean and nice. Staff were pleasant and the beds were very comfortable

Great budget choice. We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The shower was average. Breakfast was average. The rate was excellent. The location is good, off the strip yet close to many theaters and dining. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Location, cleanliness, staff. The breakfast was a mess…….and we were there for 4 days and they didn’t have tea on the first day and they said the order didn’t come in again.etc. The last day I asked again and same reply. I know it’s a small thing but it was not handled well. Breakfast wasn’t good either. However, everything else was very good and the staff handled everything else fine.

Very convenient location, I was not particularly fond of the room, I do not like rooms that don’t have carpet. The toilet was hard to flush. My biggest complaint was the girl at the front desk was not as nice as she could be. I watched her talk to another person, renting a room, and she was quite rude. Breakfast was OK.

They have a really good breakfast. We enjoyed it every morning that we stayed there. The room was very nicely set up. Our room was cleaned each time we wanted it and everything replaced that we needed. The room was very clean except the carpet. I know that it was vacuumed, but it is easy to bring in dirt on your shoes and so I think the carpet should be deep cleaned to prevent dirty bottoms of your feet. This is a great location and is close to everything. The toilet seat was very loose and the refrigerator froze everything that we put in it. But I didn't say anything to the staff, so it was my fault that nothing got changed.

Need to provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not a mix, separately

TV on and light on with an open Bible to welcome us. It's been a long time since I've seen a Gideon Bible in a hotel room, let alone an open one! THANK YOU!

This is our go-to in Branson. Is it a luxury stay? No. But it’s clean and safe and leaves us to spend more money elsewhere.

Key worked but had to put shoulder into door with FORCE to open the door. Had to pull hard with FORCE to open from inside. Wife could not open the door from inside or outside. Toilet barely flushed.

The air conditioner was extremely loud as well as the fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The front desk personnel were pleasant, but not helpful at all. They even wrote the wrong room number down on the paper work and we had to find her because our key wouldn't work. We got a " Sorry about that" answer. It was very reasonably priced, but old and overall clean.

Green Gables is a clean nice hotel. Bed is comfortable, staff is very friendly and breakfast is great!

Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. They offered breakfast, however, we did not use that option. They accommodated our late arrival. My only complaint was that we paid extra for a room that didn't require stairs to get to. The property is on a hill so the no-stair option was a 200-level room. I expected that I could park my car outside my room door and walk just a couple feet to get into the room. Unfortunately, our room was at the far end of the building. I parked my car under my room but had to walk several hundred feet up the hill to level ground and then several hundred feet on a walkway back toward my room. Due to the pool, there was not enough parking near the level ground.

We like the location we enjoyed the pool the beds were very good. Enjoy the accommodating a staff. We didn't enjoy changing rooms three times. The air conditioning unit in 216 is not working properly along with the toilets not flushing properly. As well as the microwave broke door would not open. Did not enjoy the biscuits that were hard as a hockey puck on the first day.

We also sadly had no place to get together with our friends in the evening. We brought games and the only table or sitting area on the property is at the pool so that's where we were and weren't aloud to use it while the guy was cleaning the pool. Understandable I guess just a downer for the night. Overall not the worst place we've been to but that will probably be the last time we go, there wasn't anything very good to bring me back.
