Check in was great. Clean room. East Park and breakfast was good.

The room was clean but the ceiling above the bath tub had a lot of water damage. The sheet on the bed was clean but stained. The pool was closed during its open hours, I was frustrated as I got everything ready to go to the pool, kids included, and to find out it was closed while the chemicals leveled out. I totally understand those things happen but there wasn't a sign up that said it was closed. I’m assuming, the owners, made sure to let us know when it was back open as soon as they could. The breakfast was good. All the staff were very nice.

It was a quick check in and check out the breakfast was okay would have been a little better if it had chocolate syrup to make chocolate milk for kids and more muffin options but it was quiet location to sleep.

The room was mostly clean. There were spider webs above the bathroom door. The property was not clean. There were cigarette butts and trash everywhere. Our tv did not work, and the breakfast was at best edible. It was in a nice location and felt safe. The beds were comfortable. Overall ok for the price, but will look elsewhere next time.

Overall nice place to stay!

Over best experience at this location. I stayed only one night it’s good for on night with low budget

We were there for more than 1 night. We found the bathroom not clean. There was long hair in the bottom of the bathroom and a penny on the floor. This led us to think the room had not been cleaned as we hoped. The door stuck very bad and made it very hard to unlock and open or close. Our biggest complaint was with the parking. There were not enough parking spaces when the rooms were pretty full. The angles of the parking spaces made it so you had to drive to the end of the lot and turn around on gravel to get out. That wasn't so bad except often there were several cars parked at the end making it very hard to turn around. If you stayed out late at night seeing a show it was awful coming in and trying to park. There are to many motels in Branson to choose from. We will come back to Branson but not stay here.

Great place for a quick stay. Clean, comfortable beds and A/C worked well during July temperatures. Property is on the older side but we didn’t experience any issues. We would stay here again.

Nice and clean little outdated but for the price was worth it

Room was clean, water was hot, price was good, staff was friendly
-
The price was very reasonable and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. For some reason the alarm was set on the clock ... for 7:00 am. Luckily we were already awake. The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of options. We'll stay there again.

The room was clean. The beds were comfy. The location was great!

Great location and friendly staff. Clean rooms and the area around it is well taken care of. We didn’t make it in time to enjoy the pool, this trip, but my kids have enjoyed it before, as this is the second time we have stayed here.

Perfect location, only down fsll is no washer or dryer if you are doing an long atay

I was disappointed with this stay, especially considering the price. The room had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathtub was dirty, with hair in the drain and black grime on the floor. There was also a noticeable smoke odor in the room. The bathroom faucet leaked around the countertop and dripped underneath the sink, which made it seem like the issue had been there for a while. We also found a few crawling bugs in the room. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was very limited, with only a few bagels and no hot items like bacon or sausage. The coffee machine worked, but the coffee was quite bitter. The pool was much smaller than expected, although I did notice staff treating and maintaining it in the evening, which I appreciated. Overall, the hotel needs better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Based on my experience, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price.

First time staying here and I would recommend it to anyone. The rates are great and they go out of the way to make you feel welcomed. We were well past the check in time when we arrived, but they were waiting for us and had everything ready for us when we got there, they waited for us after they closed the main office. I am so grateful to them I would go back there again and again.
