Other than that it was a nice place

Rooms were very clean except there was no badywash it was empty

The ac took along time to cool the room down

We arrived late and the office was closed. After ringing the doorbell several times and still not getting an answer we began getting frustrated. At the point of returning to the vehicle to leave, my husband happened to see keys setting out on a window ledge. A note folded inside the key jacket said to return in the morning to finish check in. No one had made prior contact with us to advise they would be closed or leaving the keys sitting outside for pickup. Once making entrance in the room the AC had not been previously turn on in advance and the room was as hot as the 100 degrees we had been experiencing. However the room itself was nicely furnished, cleaned, and maintained. I do not use the toiletries, but small packets of soaps and things were left if needed. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection and was fresh and filling. The jacuzzi was unavailable for maintenance, but would have been nice after a long day of walking and was one of the reasons I booked here. Overall, you cannot beat the price of the room for what you get. It’s a great deal! If you are looking for a bargain, this is this place. A definite steal!

Clean, good location and very affordable. The bed was so comfortable.

The room wasn’t as clean and nice as the trivago rating indicated. The vanity sink did not drain properly and never got repaired in the five nights we stayed there. The ice machine on the ground floor, that we paid extra for by the way, was out of order and had to go to higher floor to get ice. Just wasn’t up as nice as we expected.

The toilet was wobbly and needed to be reset properly on the floor. There was carpet beetle bugs, dead of course in the bed. But the room was quiet and the AC was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Everything else was OK.

It's a great location and well run.

COCKROACHES: ROOM 313 Refrigerator/microwave combo was outside of our room when we arrived. I called the desk, a woman expressed it was thawing and maintenance should have put it back in our room. I asked if we could just switch rooms but she refused in rude tone and said they had no extra rooms. She would send maintenance. The freezer was still a chunk of ice. I explained the melting water would spill on to the carpet so they could wait until it was thawed; we wouldn't use that amenity. She verbally sounded upset that she already msgd maintenance. I propped opened the fridge door to help thaw the ice. Cockroaches were in the fridge. A few babies at first but as the ice started melting more roaches were being exposed. We did not want it put back in our room until the next day at checkout. We went out and maintenance did bring the fridge in our room, used the rooms blow-dryer to dry the water collected I assume. They left the blow dryer plugged in next to the sink near my medication, face items and bagged oral care. I don't want to know the roach debris that came from the air flow. Cockroaches throughout the room in different stages of life. Many coming from the cracks around the AC/heat unit. The coffee pot was not used, with a large, dead old dry roach under it. Killed 2 in the bathroom during the night. The pool and hot tub heater went out; not their fault. Breakfast area was clean and food good. This was our 20th anniversary. Our family wanted us in the same motel as them.

Broke down hot tub, broke vending machines, and cold indoor pool.

Clean rooms and helpful staff.

We have always loved our stay at Angel Inn Imax and wanted to try Angel Inn Central. But this was disappointing. The hottub was being worked on and due to the overwhelming glue smell we couldn't even stay in the pool room. That was the one thing we was looking forward to the most. The ice machine wasn't working and being disabled we didn't feel like going to another building for ice. They was also spraying for bugs so even trying to step outside to smoke was horrible cause of the smell. My husband found a bug in a our room which wasn't a big deal it happens. Between the all the things, the shower not really working well, it just was a disappointing stay overall. I would try the Angel Inn Imax again, but I doubt we will go back to the Central location again. The staff did seem friendly, but didn't even seem to bothered by the issues honestly.

Clean and friendly just a little outdated. Location was great.

Stayed just for one night but the room was nice and clean and the staff was great! Definitely will be coming back in the future!

I've stayed here a couple times now, and the staff is always so nice. Rooms are very affordable and comfy as well. The indoor pool and spa is a plus as well!

Having to give up a deposit for the room. There were 2 broken drawers and a broken chair in my room and I was too afraid to tell the office because I was afraid they would blame me and charge me even more than my "refundable" deposit. I'm still waiting for my deposit 5 days after checkout.

Clean room. Good breakfast selection. Pool needed work. Bottom was rough on feet and needs smoothing out and water was ice cold. Very small. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room and no one was in the office at 10:00. There was no emergency phone number to help us. All our belongings were inside the room, including my purse and phone. They need an emergency number to assist patrons.

Wife enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was excellent and well kept THANKS!!
