One of our absolute favorite places to stay when we are in Branson. Excellent location. Property is well maintained, staff is always super friendly and the rooms are inviting and clean. Their breakfast is also one of our favs and the coffee is extra hot! Can’t say enough great things about this place!

We had a great time, thank you

The property is in a great location and very close to everything. The room was pretty clean but could use some updating. The pool was nice but smaller than the picture makes it seem.

First room I was given to the A/c was leaking the floor was soaked. The next room had hair and boogers all in the shower. Told the lady at the front desk I was told I was gonna get a discount but never received it. Outside looks nice but don’t let it fool you.

It was a good experience and everything was nice and clean

We would have given 5 stars, but the room we had smelled mildewy, but nothing was wet, and the shower head was older and sprayed at an angle in different directions.
-
Room was musty and carpet old and dirty. Ladies at breakfast were rude.
-
Place was OK but it needs updating.
-
Super clean room and quiet
-
Bathroom had chipped paint on doorframe. Bathroom grout was black on the floor but not on the sides, filthy. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy & a bunch of prepackaged items (muffins, granola bars etc)

The room was pretty clean just a little dusty. We loved the fact that it had carpet. Staff extremely friendly. We could see our car from our room was great. Love the security cameras as well.

It was so great for a trip of 11 people it’s close to everything! Attractions, stores and you can even walk. Love it!

Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and attentive to your needs.

Pretty from outside. We had a ton of issues. First room had broken toilet and remote. Then figured out the room door didn't lock so you didn't need a key to get in . Moved room for safety concerns and new room bath / shower controls were about to fall out of wall and the drain was rusted and gross and I was afraid to take a bath.

The property was in need of updating and upkeep. Our bathroom light/fan was broken. We asked for it to be fixed and it couldn’t be fixed. We had to switch rooms. The pool area was not cleaned daily. There were ants from food left behind. However, the staff was helpful for our room change. The breakfast was excellent. Amazing biscuits and gravy. The room was clean. The property itself needs some maintenance. We would not stay here again. We did appreciate the office staff.
