Getting out of the car there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot where the staff would go out and smoke and throw them down, The hotel immediately stunk like dog when you walk in. (I didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel before booking) The elevator didn’t work properly, took you 10 tries just to get the door shut. They masked the smell of dog with cheap wall fragrances that gagged you bc it was too strong, the floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped since the place opened so glad I brought my house shoes. While laying in the hard queen sized mattress the light fixture cover above our bed FELL OUT OF THE LIGHT and hit me and my husband on the shoulder and nearly our face. I went down to the lobby to explain what happened and they proceeded to blow me off and gossip and make fun of the situation. When we left not one word was said to us, staff was very unfriendly and rude. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. It was nothing like the pictures or description on the listing.

Dirty, filthy Cleanliness, pillows and comforters smell bad

The rooms were nasty the air didn't work so the room was hot staff was never at the counter and wouldn't answer the calls or when ringing the bell and the rooms stunk worst play won't ever stay again

Overall the place was clean and taken care of. We had an issue with the people in the room above us we tried just ignore the first night but it was no stop them running around up there all hours of the night and day so we didn't want to be them people but we had tk tell staff about it they was kind enough to put us in another room since we had one night left.

Not enough towels or toilet paper. No where to hang a towel in the bathroom. Not worth the money paid

It was clean and they were very quick to trade me to a room with a bath tub The tub stopper didnt work and there was mold in the handle that concerned me.

Friendly staff! Clean rooms and good breakfast. Just exactly what we needed for our stay. Great location also.

Room was disgusting! Pet hair everywhere!! Cleaning staff has put linens over linens instead of changing them!! Towel was visibly dirty! No remote for tv so we couldnt change channels. The smell in the whole place was awful! We brought it to the staffs attention and she was nice about it and showed us another room which was worse! It had pet hair on the actual mattress!! She brought us all new linens to accommodate us which was great!We had to put towels down on the floor to walk on because of the hair! It obviously had not been cleaned! That was 💯 totally unacceptable! Dirtiest place i have ever had to stay! I dont expect frills but i do expect a clean room!

Convenient, offered breakfast, (pool)room set up w 2 double beds, toilet separate from sink/mirror Pool not open, floor in room unseept(crumbs you could see)in the morning, noticed a stain (? Blood/jam?) on come under top, bkfst not replenish

I booked two queen rooms, after a hot and exhausted day at silver dollar city we where ready for our rooms and hot showers. We go to Red Roof Hotel to relax and enjoy our stay. We got there at 7:00.pm. They tell us they dont have any queen rooms available, we reserved the rooms around 11:00 am . They told us to give them an hour and they would have our rooms ready. So hot, tired we went to Walmart for an hour. We came back and they said they didnt have any queen rooms. But they could give us double rooms. Was suppose to get refund for difference. But did not get it. Also the bathtub was dirty, and the air-conditioned leaked water in our floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone .and tge hot water was barely warm.

Good price and location. Disappointed that was not put online pool was still closed. Unhappy 8 year old. Breakfast should go to like 10 for people who like to sleep in.

I didnt like how it smelled. Or the fact that the pool was broken and they didnt out it on the website. The elevator was messed up and scary.

It smelled like drugs. Nasty. The office had a bad. Smelled. Driving around the building and saw Trash laying everywhere.

Good location No towels in the room I had to go ask for some the pool was out of order but not notice before booking and checking in bed was extremely uncomfortable

Day crew nice. Hall xarpet dirty. Ice machine networked till day we left.. pool closed. Stains on bed covers.
