Very clean and comfortable. The lady at desk was extremely nice and let me change rooms right away when I wanted a room with a bathtub. There wasn't anything I didn't like

The room was very clean! That is enough for me to rate 5 stars. But this hotel has many other pluses. The rooms look newly renovated. The color choices and art are excellent. The rooms are different so that demonstrates a lot of thought. Plus - the room darkening shades actually work! They are of high quality - you would expect in a home installation - not a hotel - very nice! Michelle runs the front desk and kitchen. Make friends either her - she will add lots of value to your hotel stay! I booked this hotel for a family reunion - she really went above and beyond and made our stay so much more enjoyable. There are two baymont by Wyndham in Branson. Make sure you book this one!!!

Breakfast and location were good, but there was a bag of the previous occupants dirty underwear and socks in the bathroom and a used bar of soap in the shower Room more throughly cleaned . Upon finding the previous occupants dirty clothes in the bathroom and the used bar of soap still in the shower I wondered how well the rest of the room had been cleaned such as bed linens changed or not.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, property was easy access

The pillows were to Small.

Location was great. We drove in from st.louis. there was plenty to do close by or within a 15 minute drive. The room smelled kinda weird. Nothing to complain about after some sprays of perfume. It was also strangely humid. The air conditioner worked fine, the room itself was humid. Also waiting to hear about an extra $194.18 charge that im not sure what it was for. We paid for the room ( $359.00) with different card and didn't want money coming off the card used for the booking. I think you should ask before charging a card.

Clean,nice room, comfortable beds,and it was quite place to relax and sleep! Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel! Nothing!

Clean room super friendly stuff great location. They make you a personal omelet for breakfast. Good price would stay again next time we go back to Branson MO

It was very clean staff is very friendly made to order omelets. great location not on the strip.

Breakfast OK Room full of mold/mikdew.. odor was sickening. Front desk blamed humidity but the room environmental condition was very poor. Also, clerk claimed that was a room 'upgrade' since it was our 50th anniversary. Such a lie. Disappointed indeed!
